Mike and Robin Collings work very well with their team to build a home of top quality. Very considerate and understanding people with the owners best interest in mind. Mike can sketch anything on a wall in your house to be sure both understand the final look BEFORE it's started. He thinks through actually living in the house and ask you question about how you are going to live in it or use the area. He will make suggestions and explain why he asked. Mike and Robin are very concerned you are getting exactly what you want. He also studies the blueprints, even ones done by an engineer, to be sure it can be done as indicated and he will be honest to tell you if a roof line will create water problems or will end up having to be lower than drawn or expected, because of a particular township restrictions! OUR EXPERICENCE WAS WONDERFUL, WE GOT JUST WHAT WE WANTED INSIDE AND OUT.

MAC Custom Homes renovated our 1950's bungalow into a beautiful home this past summer. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in building structure. He is easy to talk to and understand. He makes sure the home is structurally sound and will not do anything to "short change" your project. Marcy listens to your dream/vision for your home and brings it to life. She is organized, helpful, gives great advice and makes sure you are happy every step of the way. She makes sure your home style flows from the front door to the back. Last, the contractors used to do the physical work became family to us. They treated our home like it was their home. They were respectful. Everyone of them dressed appropriate, talked appropriate and if music was played, it was tasteful or they used earplugs. They cleaned our home and the surrounding areas every night they left. We really missed seeing them everyday after our home was complete! Last, if there are any issues, Marcy and Mike are more than willing to make sure you are completely happy and love your home/project. The follow through is easy and amazing. You never have to ask more than once. We would never use another contractor. Our total home renovation has been easy and fun. John & Lisa Pardington

From our first meeting to the final completed home, the MAC Custom Homes team was welcoming, professional, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, always cognizant of our budget and very talented.
