Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Working with The Whitley Company was the best part of a floor to ceiling remodel and rebranding of my 25 year old business. Marissa brought incredibly fresh ideas to the project and the end result is absolutely perfect. I can’t count the number of customers who, upon entering the space, say “It’s SO PRETTY!” The colors, the fixtures, all the small touches she chose created a space that is equally calming and cheerful. Beyond loving the beauty of the finished project, working with Marissa and her team was a great experience. They were incredibly professional, always early on deadlines and truly fun to work with. Marissa’s optimism and her vision got me through a lot of stressful days during the remodel and she was as much therapist as designer. She listened to all of my ideas, supported most and improved the rest. It was an effortless and satisfying collaboration, and we did it all by zoom and phone calls. For 25 years I relied on my own creativity to create the space and I thought I had pretty good vision. This project opened my eyes to how incredibly valuable (and smart) it is to work with a professional designer. Marissa had access to resources and knowledge of products I simply was unaware of. It surprised me how many creative touches that she suggested were never on my radar, like lining our display cabinets with gorgeous wallpaper, or painting thick bands of color to separate sections of the market. From the floor to the ceiling, the light fixtures and paint colors and the beautiful things she found online, she created a unique space that will remain fresh for many years to come. And while I hope to never tackle a project of this scope again, if I did, I would want the Whitley Company with me.

Marissa has an amazing eye for lines, comfort, color and style and put that all to work in a recent bathroom remodel she had me photograph upon completion. I'm used to moving pieces and "styling" interiors before I shoot however Marissa had everything already in place the way my eye would see it. Incredible work!
