We had to do a major kitchen renovation and a bathroom remodel. Our house required a complete tear down because the old layout made no sense. We worked with Mark and his team to design and update our house and are glad we did. Another contractor insisted on drawing out a complete plan and sticking to it no matter what and charging us for any changes. Synergy was more open minded and provided us with an outline but acknowledged that due to the fact no one knows what is inside the walls, there may be adjustments. This wound up being the best approach as we were able to get cabinets to the ceiling, a much bigger custom window over the sink, and a bespoke kitchen island with seating, which were not options in a more rigid design. We were also able to enclose the blower over the stove to make for a streamlined look. Another benefit is that the team you meet are the same people who are doing the work. There is no subcontracting. The team does the plumbing, tiling, electrical, painting, and demolition themselves. The same people who worked with us on layout and design were the same ones doing the work, and they did great work. We knew who would be in our house every day and what they would be doing. Before I add pictures I would like to add that our remodel was not a simple project but the team never felt overwhelmed. We needed to move waterlines, completely redo the electrics, put in a new window, and have a workstation sink installed (get one if you can!). Each item was approached professionally and we are so happy with the results.

Mark and his team just completed renovating our master bathroom. This is the fourth project they have completed for us. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We highly recommend them.

The other contractor i had initially hired to redo the staircase quit on me after changing one thread. Despite running behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Mark still agreed to help and took over the staircase project and the result is just stunning! They never rushed to finish quickly and made sure everything was done to perfection. The attention to details and the quality of the work is second to none! Mark and his team did an outstanding job on our foyer and stairs. They installed wainscoting panels that completely transformed the space, and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Additionally, they removed the old railing and banister and replaced them with a beautiful new set of posts and railing. We've worked with Mark and his team on previous projects, and they've always delivered excellent results. I highly recommend them!

Mark and his team have done excellent work. We’ve used them for two paint jobs, one which included removing wallpaper. They are extremely professional, show up on time, considerate and top notch all around. I highly recommend them and am planning on using them for two other painting projects.

Removed old plaster and lathe in one room, installed new drywall and primed for wallpaper. Removed wallpaper and painted in another room. Installed crown molding, baseboard and trim molding in both. Installed bead board on fireplace mantel wall. All work top notch, with great attention to detail. Very respectful of my property and cleaned up thoroughly after a very messy job. Thanks!

Painted basement in a few different colors. Took some time to finish the overall job but final outcome was good.

Mark and his team did an outstanding, professional job. I had a difficult ceiling repair that needed drywall cut, primed and painted. They were right on time, worked all day and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The ceiling looks brand new and you cannot tell it was ever repaired. Mark truly cares about workmanship. I have many future projects that I will be hiring Mark and his team for in the future.

We hired this company to paint the exterior of our home. We are returning clients as they also painted the interior of our house. They are reliable, timely, respectful, and easy to work with.
