After we staged it we received a very solid contract within 3 days and had multiple people interested and say they would also put in offers. She does amazing work. I reached out to Marlowe Lane to help design, decorate and install the furniture and décor of my new apartment. This was a very difficult period in my life as I was coming out of a divorce and leaving a fully furnished household. Kim was extremely generous with her time and attention to my project. Within 72 hours of contacting her she had provided designs for the main living area, two bedrooms, and outdoor patio. Kim quickly placed orders, managed customer service calls, was available for delivery and installed everything she procured. I never lifted a finger. She was extremely pleasant to work with and handled difficult delivery schedules with professionalism and positivity. It has been such a pleasure to work with Kim on various home renovation projects.
