My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rick is knowledgeable and has high standards. He took on additional work not originally in the scope of the project because not doing so would have compromised the outcome. His team is diligent with completing tasks while he's not on-site. The outcome is exactly as the drawings; I'm very happy with the work and would hire Martin Construction & Remodeling for future jobs. On the office front, Jocelyn was very communicative and responsive to any of my questions. They're a good team to work with.

We recently worked with Rick Martin Construction on a basement bedroom and bathroom renovation near Lake Placid, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. They were also very flexible when we encountered a few unexpected issues, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. The craftsmanship was impeccable, with clear attention to detail in every aspect of the work. They kept the workspace clean and stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated. We are thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Rick Martin Construction to anyone looking for high-quality work and a reliable team.

I have personally seen the work of Martin Construction & Remodeling LLC and its owner, on many construction and remodeling projects over the years — from full home builds to detailed exterior / interior improvements. I’ve observed Martin Construction & Remodeling's craftsmanship up close and have consistently been impressed by both the quality and the precision they bring to every project. Martin Construction & Remodeling's approach is meticulous, thoughtful, and driven by a genuine pride in doing the job right the first time. Martin Construction & Remodeling does not cut corners, and it shows in the durability, clean finishes, and professional results of their work. What also stands out is the owner's integrity and commitment to his clients. He listens carefully, communicates clearly, and ensures that every detail aligns with the homeowner’s vision. It’s rare to find someone in the construction and remodeling industry who pairs such strong technical skill with reliability and care. Based on everything I’ve seen, I would strongly recommend Martin Construction & Remodeling to anyone seeking high-quality construction or remodeling services delivered with honesty and exceptional craftsmanship.
