We have NEVER had such poor customer support as we’ve had with marvel custom cabinetry… they do NOT follow through with customer service, we started with this company with our plans already in place…all they had to do was add a broom closet in laundry room,(which I requested 3/4 times)no discount for them already being professionally done♀️, they said they would modify and make it right, it’s been over 2 years and they have not been back, told the owner we we’re missing 5 hooks in entryway and sent us 2, which were black instead of the champagne bronze we originally used ♀️we had a 25 minute consultation in the lobby of their showroom, picking colors, and door fronts. We did not even get a sit down and go over every detail in a private room ♀️owner actually had the nerve to tell me to my face that they were ranked the #1 custom cabinetry company in all of North America my broom, nor mop pail fit in the “broom closet” as of yet… still waiting for you to make it right , certainly DO NOT recommend this company

On time job was completed and the employees were very polite I will surely recommend Marvel Cabinetry & Renovations for your repair needs

Thank you to the Marvel Team for a fantastic experience during our renovation! We did a full reno on the main floor of our home and updated the furnaces and electric panel. It was such a pleasure working with Jesse, Adam, Alix and Gill. The cabinets are amazing, the design team helped us visualize the results and we feel like we are living in a completely new home! We had a schedule and knew exactly what was happening each and every week and the project was delivered right on time.

I purchased a home with Cabinetry throughout by Marvel all in all that cabinetry is fantastic however on Vanity had an install issue that resulted in a vanity cabinet needing to be completely replaced. Jesse at Marvel had no obligation under warranty to replace the Cabinet as it was already a few years past warranty expiry. But in the true fashion of a proud and expert Cabinet company regardless of the warranty issue they rebuilt cabinet, removed the old cabinet snd reinstalled the new Cabinet at zero cost. It is rare to see companies standing by their product like this I would recommend Marvel 100% for your cabinet needs.

Marvel completed a major main floor renovation which included the kitchen, dining room, living room, main bathroom, ensuite, and master bedroom as well as a refresh of the other bedrooms and family room/spare room. We were on a tight schedule as we were selling our principal residence and relocating to this bungalow. Marvel started the renovation on schedule and we were able to move in with most of the work completed in 12 weeks. They helped come up with a great open concept layout that is very functional. Our kitchen is amazing with a 10 foot island, english pantry and lots of storage. The dining room has a built in customized bar. As we are getting older we had Marvel incorporate aging in place considerations such as a curbless shower and luxury vinyl plank flooring. They worked with us to keep on our budget by suggesting some "value -play items" to keep the costs in line. Gary was the project supervisor and was great to work with. We really appreciated working with a designer who helped with the selections and everything looks so nice together.

I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with our kitchen renovation from Marvel Cabinetry. The entire process from beginning to completion was really a pleasure. They made my vision a reality and we are thrilled. The 3D plans really helped to me to visualize how I would work in the space and it was fun! The quality of our cabinets is outstanding, the entire team was so easy to work with and to have in our home. We actually miss them!

Vivid Builders has been ordering custom cabinets from Marvel Cabinetry for some time. They take care of us every step of the way from polishing off our design idea’s and bringing them to life, to delivery of a solid product. Along with the exceptional quality of product, Marvel is always easy to get in touch with and willing to go the extra mile. We love installing their products.

Installation was quick and worked within our timelines for the project. Cabinets are still in good working condition even now, years later.

Marvel has done both my principal restaurant cabinets and many of my rental properties over the last 4 or 5 years. His lower end product is still higher end than most and makes for durable rental cabinets. The custom size 19 inches or 20 inches deep make for perfect use of space in tight basement suites. and even 10 years from now if the cabinet faces are beat up by tenants the boxes will be good and just the doors and draws that can be replaced on the good cabinets. They don't use the particle board that other companies use, or that you get at big retails stores. When a tenant leaves a leak for months before letting you know the particle cabinets swell up and the cabinet is ruined and holds moisture so it also gets moldy. I believe all of their boxes are pine, so once you fix your pluming drip you're good do go, no mold or cabinets to replace. Standing behind their cabinets. Some of the finish on a 3 year old maple stained cabinet that I had was wearing off. I mentioned it to them and asked them for a solution for the drawers and drawers that had higher use and therefore more wear. Within a month, they had come picked up all of my door and drawer faces and they re-sprayed them all. He indicated it would only have gotten worse as were not done properly in the first place and should not be showing wear that quickly. They had contracted that job out before they had their own spray booth so it was not done properly. They did not charge me for those. I know it only took them a day to do it all but I feel like a lot of other companies would have tried to brush that off. I have not used anyone else since I started using them.

The end result is one FABULOUS kitchen, a dream kitchen, a masterpiece to any cook or home owner. It has been a delight to work with you and your team, over the phone, over email and best in person either at our home or in your shop. The cabinetry is built to with stand bullets and water and will hopefully with stand the age of time. We both sit in the dining room in AWE that this is now our kitchen and part of our home. Marvel built our incredible custom walnut cabinets. The quality is fantastic but how quickly they worked was unbelievable. We had the first of our cabinets delivered in a week after taking measurements and the whole job completed in a few weeks. This was a renovation in a 100 year old home which presented many challenges (walls not straight, etc) but Josh and his team managed every challenge. Communication was easy and clear. They were not the cheapest but I worth it for the quality, speed and professionalism.
