My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Welcome to Mary Hannah Interiors! Thank you for voting us Wilmington's Best Interior Designer for 2018! No other design team considers your lifestyle needs, style and decor dreams like our team at Mary Hannah Interiors does. We take pride in the fact that more than half of our business consists of repeat clients. Every MHI interior design project begins with getting to know you, not just your space and style, and building the foundation of trust and confidence we’ll need to do something great together. Please note that at this time, we are only accepting whole house remodels, new builds and commercial projects. We feel that our experience, resources and time best serve our clients within these arenas. If you’d like to find out whether MHI is a perfect fit for your project, we suggest an in-home consultation with Mary Hannah. This design consultation is offered for a nominal fee of $200 per hour (includes travel time), and it's an ideal way to see how we would approach designing your space (and whether we’re right for each other) without any obligation. To book your consultation, you can contact us via email. Please note that we only manage furnishings and home accessories along with their deliveries. We will guide you and cast a clear vision of selections. With remodels and new construction, we only pair up with licensed contractors and builders who are responsible for managing vendors and/or the products related to selections. Mary and her team have been helping me update our eight year old house. The original plan was to renovate the kitchen and master bath room for a fresh, more modern feel. After seeing just a few of Mary’s beautiful ideas, the project quickly grew to a whole house refresh. The results have exceeded my expectations! Mary brings such passion and excellence to her design. She honed right in on my style and has helped me be brave enough to commit to it. She can solve any design challenge! It has been an absolute joy working with Mary and her assistant Lauren. Some people have extra special gifts and design is Mary’s, so grateful she shared hers with me. I truly have the house of my dreams.

We have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Mary Hannah Interiors for two separate projects! The first being our upstairs media room, which was a large space that needed vision in order for its potential to be fully utilized! MHI helped to transform the space from a boring room to an amazing Media/Game room. The room also had an afterthought wet bar with weird fitting cabinets that MHI turned into the most beautiful space complete with quartz countertops and copper sink that is to die for! We were so pleased with the way this project turned out that we decided to hire Mary Hannah Interiors to design our getaway retreat in Raleigh. MHI has taken time to truly learn our taste and its obvious that great thought and care has been put into every detail. They are truly excellent when it comes to bringing all the details together to create a space that is beautiful, inviting, and functional! I would highly recommend Mary Hannah Interiors to anyone that asks!

It was such a wonderful experience working with Mary Hannah on our beach house. She brought so many new and beautiful ideas to the table. She made the transition to a home with newer, more updated decor fun and refreshing. Her help every step of the way brought an easiness to the whole process. Her ability to cast vision for each room helped me embrace her creative solutions. In fact, she would walk each room and measure out anything that I had a hard time visualizing. She helped me discover my personal style and she did it in a way that now best serves our lifestyle as a family. I can't wait to work with her again on our main house in town.

I hired Mary Hannah Interiors to help convert my bachelor pad into a home that both my wife and I now love. She did an incredible job that has literally stunned everyone who walks through the door. Their team did such a great job we ended up hiring them again to do some remodeling in our laundry room and bathrooms, redesigning our fireplace and adding custom built-ins. We also used Mary Hannah to help with our outdoor space and some landscaping. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. A top notch team, they thought of every detail and were very professional. My wife and I also really appreciated how they managed and coordinated all of the contractors and took all of the worry out of it for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an interior designer.

Mary helped me design and set up my "man room" in my house with theater seating, a bar area and pool table. She did an excellent job with pricing options and helping manage job contractors throughout the process. She listens to you and gives you good options to decide with based on your taste and budget.
