Master Spas

I have a Master Spa and it has been nothing but a nightmare. It came damaged and in the past year I have had rust come out of both waterfalls. You go to Master Spa customer service and they deny responsibility. I complained about them on Facebook so they turned my ability to comment away. If they would have just stepped up and done what was right they wouldn't have an upset customer. Do yourself a favor, buy local. If you don't have a local dealer, don't buy a Master Spa.

I have left over a dozen messages for a year with no return call. We have water in our control panel making the hotbtub un usable! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen! It's under warranty and no one will call me back so that I can get this taken care of. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never buy anything from them again since I now have a 15k porch decoration!

I bought my hot tub last summer because I haven't been able to swim since the pandemic, and one of my favorite parts of swimming was using the hot tub at the gym before and after. Since it didn't look like gyms or pools were going to open anytime soon, I decided that it would be nice to have one for the winter. I was ambivalent about the cost (I had to have an electrical upgrade, and a brick area put in to accommodate it), and it took about a month for me to get the chemical maintenance right. But I love having it now! On these cold, snowy days it's such a treat to hop in at the end of the day - and I'm warm and relaxed the rest of the evening. The online videos are very helpful in dealing with the maintenance (changing filters, etc.) and everything so far is quite simple. I can't say what the impact has been on my electric bill since I'm on a budget plan, but people tell me about $30/40 per month, and their tubs are larger than mine (I have a 250 gallon, which holds two people with plenty of extra space). I typically don't do anything costly - no fancy vacations or expensive cars and clothes, because it's not worth it to me. But this is one luxury that was worth it.

Awesome hot tub spa! Wish we purchased it years ago. Simple to use and take care of- emails are sent to remind the buyer to clean filters,Change water , etc. Videos make it simple.

Great spa. Great people and service. Delivery went smooth as I had everything ready. Hooked it up and have had nothing but pleasure from it since. It has plenty of power and is easy to maintain. Just an all around great experience!!

Amazing spa experience!! Service was top notch. Kelly and her team are so helpful and knowledgeable before, during and after the process. My Clarity spa has afforded me my very own private backyard oasis. A Haven I look forward to having my morning coffee and afternoon, evening relaxing moments. If you are on the fence... get in the water and say “Aaaawwww”.

Master Spa's is the cream of the crop. We have had our for only 2 months and use it 3 -4 times a week. we did have a heater and pump which were not working correctly. The dealer's service people weren't sure which was causing the alarms so they replaced both and our alarms have ceased. Now THAT'S SERVICE! watching the videos was a great aid in getting my water right and understanding how my spa works. I was considering other spa's but my Master Spa Dealer is close by and he has done an excellent job in helping any way he could. The service guys are very good and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. I'm so glad I had a problem because it reinforced what I had always heard about Master Sps and my dealer's service network. I could not be more pleased!

LOVE the swim spa. We bought the 15D. Version due to property constraints. It is on a pad and has been used daily since it was installed. I hope to use it through the winter as long as it doesn’t get too cold. The only drawback to above ground installation is the cover is hard to open and close without additional steps to allow you to reach the handles to flip open the cover. We have figured that out and love the privacy the cover allows on both ends of the spa. We do not regret our purchase.

The Master Spa Twilight Spa is heaven on earth! The therapy Jets are awesome! The neck & shoulder Jets relieve stress perfectly! The Master Blaster foot Jets soothe my aching toes...it’s quiet but powerful! The Master Spa is our 30 minute backyard vacation!

We love our swim spa Challenger 19D. I use to get esr infections from the pool at our gym, since having the swim spa no ear infections. It's great on my lags and back. Joe Stone from swim fitness in Sacramento CA. Has given me great support on how to maintain the swim spa. Master spa has been great on the phone also. Pacific builders of Sacramento did the patio cover.

East Coast Spas gave us a great deal, took away the old spa, installed the new one. The only thing we needed was an electrician to disconnect the old one and reconnect the new one to power.

AMAZING THERAPUTIC RELAXING EXCERSIZE. ITS THE BEST TO GET IN AND JUST SOAK AND RELAX AFTER A LONG DAY FROM WORK OR JUST KICK IT IN GEAR FOR SOME STATIONARY LAPS IN THE SWIM MODE.
