Untimely, took months before they wanted to even schedule. Did not understand what i wanted done beyond subfloor and tile (recaulk tub, new vanity, move toilet). Told them 3x that i would schedule the toilet removal based off when i could get this company scheduled.

I bought a townhouse in West Des Moines in March of 2019. The snow outside hid a merid of problems. My flooring contractor recommended Tim to help me. Tim did a great job for me and stayed with me until the projects completed.

MAWDSLEY HOME IMPROVEMENT did a master bath and closet remodel for us. The remodel was a complete reconfiguration & included removing/moving existing walls, flooring, plumbing, electrical, installing barn style doors, setting new vanity, new shower, and lighting. We really had no issues with Mawdsley's work at all throughout the remodel. Only a couple of things came up with subcontractors and they were addressed right away and to our complete satisfaction. Tim and his crew were prompt, courteous, and kept the area picked up. Would (& have) highly recommend Mawdsley's for any work your considering.
