Without a doubt, we would recommend and use the Maynard Company for any future projects. Converting our screened in porch into a year round room required several components there several tradespeople. Every worker without exception was not only highly skilled but also very personable. Our new room exceeded our expectations and is simply fabulous! Thank you Jesse and Company!

We had the best experience working with Maynard Construction. We did a large transformation on our first floor knocking down a wall and also creating a new master bedroom over our garage. From beginning to end they were thorough, professional, respectful and quickly became a part of our family. You can truly tell that they love what they do! Jesse, Taylor & Ethan were a dynamite trio that had all aspects of the job covered from helping create our vision pre-construction to making it come to life. They communicated every detail and made sure we were continually satisfied throughout the process. They had great relationships with their sub-contractors which made the job run smoothly. They consolidated all their materials at the end of each day leaving our house clean and organized. We could not have asked for a better team and outcome for our project. We are forever grateful for their hard work and passion for what they do! We already have another job in the works with them for next year!

Jesse and his team did a complete kitchen renovation for our home in Wrentham. They did an absolutely incredible job, and this project was so professionally executed from his initial interview to the final inspection. The project was completed exactly on time and on budget. There were two primary reasons we hired Jesse. First, he took precise measurements at the initial visit and then gave us a very specific estimate. Second, he works from a project team perspective. During the planning phase, the cabinet and counter-top vendors we worked with had a long-standing relationship with Jesse. This had the effect of better ensuring the accuracy of Jesse’s cost estimate as well as providing a clearer understanding of timing and coordination required to keep the project on track. Once the project started, the project team concept was on full display. Jesse’s master carpenter, Greg, acted as the project leader. Greg was on site, nearly every day, kept us intimately informed of the schedule and sequencing, did all of the coordination with the other vendors and sub-contractors, and immediately rectified or coordinated any adjustments. All of the team was extremely professional and skilled. Amanda at Supply New England Kitchen and Bath Gallery really made our ideas become reality. Each of the on-site subs – the plumber, electrician, countertop installers, painter, tile guys, floor guys - acted as a team, and I would highly recommend any one of them for an individual project.

Maynard construction was recommended by my coworker for my bathroom renovation. This company was the only company I could get to call me back and give me an estimate. I decided to go with them and glad I did. Chris was wonderful. He did an amazing job and gave us the bathroom we dreamed about. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again when I need a renovation done.

Maynard built an in-law addition onto my home. They exceeded our expectations every step of the way. The entire team is professional, respectful, approachable, hard working, and diligent. Their workmanship is unmatched. I look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

We had a bathroom renovation . Maynard Construction was professional, courteous and very efficient. Their work was impeccable as was their care for our home.

We had a complete bathroom renovation in late August and were so happy to work with Jesse and his team.Our first meeting he listened to all our questions and had an answer right away. Even when we ran into a glitch or two they found a way to satisfy us. Our project manager Greg McVeigh gets hign marks for being very professional, super personality and they cleaned up at the end of every day...close to spotless! That is why we have already gotten on their list for two more projects!

My husband and I needed to replace our deck. We decided to have it screened in so we could use it more. We contacted Maynard Construction. Jesse came out spoke with my husband and came up with a plan that was beyond our expectations! His crew was professional, cleaned up and never left without making sure that everything was secure and safe. We would recommend Maynard Construction without hesitation.

We had two separate projects with Maynard Construction. Replacing our 60 year old windows throughout the house and renovating a bathroom. Both crews were great. At the end of each day you would never know there was construction going on due to the cleanliness of the crews. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Jesse and his staff on these two projects. Completion of both projects were what was projected.

In July 2017 Jesse Maynard and team dismantled our 20+ year old deck and constructed a brand new one for us. They also replaced two slider doors...one on the deck and one for a downstairs patio. We cannot express how happy we are with the construction of our new deck and doors. The skill and professionalism of their crew was really top-notch. The team was very punctual and extremely respectful in regards to protecting floors, walls, etc while doing the installation. You will be very pleased to work with this company. The work will rarely cease, frequently there will be more than one type of worker on your job at the same time. Designs are well conceived and gone over thoroughly to make sure your requirements/lifestyle needs meet the design. The workmanship is A+ no shortcuts and they frequently helped us to improve our house construction/design in other ways we had not planned to (but once you open walls you might see things you want to change too) but we didn't feel gouged for additional work. We enjoyed working with Jesse and his talented crew so much we are already adding an addition with them. The photos attached are of the original orange kitchen with a disturbing peninsula and additional unnecessary walls. The white kitchen is the final product.
