Maynard Construction BRC, Inc. recently completed a major renovation project at our home and we could not be happier! We are giving a 5-star review but wish there were more stars to give. We had a complete kitchen renovation, including a redesign of the space, new cabinetry, appliances, lighting, plumbing, flooring, and paint. We also had a complete renovation of our existing bathroom and a complete second bathroom built in our basement and hardwood floors added throughout our first floor. The entire project was estimated to take 3-4 months and was finished in just under 3. Every single step of the project, from the design phase to the finish work, was amazing. Maynard Construction hires its own contractors for electrical work, plumbing, flooring, plaster, painting, and tile work. Every person involved in the project showed up when they were scheduled, was respectful of our home, and left it neat and clean at the end of each day.

Jessie and his team hit on the three things we considered important for our project. Communication, quality and sticking to the timeline. All three are key to a successful build. 5 stars on each aspect.

Jesse and his team are amazing. I built an addition and they were there from beginning. They are professional, timely, and do quality work. My project was finished on time and in my budget. Jesses was checking every day on the work process and answered my texts, emails, and calls with questions promptly. I was informed every step of the way as to what was happening on site. Converting our screened in porch into a year round room required several components there several tradespeople. Every worker without exception was not only highly skilled but also very personable. We had the best experience working with Maynard Construction. We did a large transformation on our first floor knocking down a wall and also creating a new master bedroom over our garage. From beginning to end they were thorough, professional, respectful and quickly became a part of our family. You can truly tell that they love what they do! Jesse, Taylor & Ethan were a dynamite trio that had all aspects of the job covered from helping create our vision pre-construction to making it come to life. They communicated every detail and made sure we were continually satisfied throughout the process. They had great relationships with their sub-contractors which made the job run smoothly. They consolidated all their materials at the end of each day leaving our house clean and organized. We could not have asked for a better team and outcome for our project. We are forever grateful for their hard work and passion for what they do! We already have another job in the works with them for next year!

Jesse and his team did a complete kitchen renovation for our home in Wrentham. They did an absolutely incredible job, and this project was so professionally executed from his initial interview to the final inspection. The project was completed exactly on time and on budget. There were two primary reasons we hired Jesse. First, he took precise measurements at the initial visit and then gave us a very specific estimate. Second, he works from a project team perspective. During the planning phase, the cabinet and counter-top vendors we worked with had a long-standing relationship with Jesse. This had the effect of better ensuring the accuracy of Jesse’s cost estimate as well as providing a clearer understanding of timing and coordination required to keep the project on track. Once the project started, the project team concept was on full display. Jesse’s master carpenter, Greg, acted as the project leader. Greg was on site, nearly every day, kept us intimately informed of the schedule and sequencing, did all of the coordination with the other vendors and sub-contractors, and immediately rectified or coordinated any adjustments. All of the team was extremely professional and skilled. Amanda at Supply New England Kitchen and Bath Gallery really made our ideas become reality. Each of the on-site subs – the plumber, electrician, countertop installers, painter, tile guys, floor guys - acted as a team, and I would highly recommend any one of them for an individual project.

Maynard construction was recommended by my coworker for my bathroom renovation. This company was the only company I could get to call me back and give me an estimate. I decided to go with them and glad I did. Chris was wonderful. He did an amazing job and gave us the bathroom we dreamed about. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again when I need a renovation done.

Even when we ran into a glitch or two they found a way to satisfy us. Our project manager Greg McVeigh gets hign marks for being very professional, super personality and they cleaned up at the end of every day...close to spotless! That is why we have already gotten on their list for two more projects!
