They did a great job. The rain did cause problems with scheduling and completing the job. Both houses and the barn look great. The men were very nice and easy to work with. I would us Certa Pro again

They did a great preparing the area and clean at finish. We had a couple of issues. They completed them and asked if they are ok. We gave the a thumbs up.

They did a great job painting the first floor of the house. Very fast and professional, and easy to work with.

Terrible I live in a townhome with a home owners association. The homeowner's association hired CertaPro to do some outside painting and powerwashing. I thought it may be easier and less expensive to use them. My garage door had been painted a few years ago and was in good shape when they arrived. The painted trim and front door and powerwashed the house. After they left in the fall of 2013 the paint stared peeling from my garage door. I called the homeowners association to report issue. It was too late in year to be repainted so the door. This Spring the association contacted CertaPro and they said it was not their fault. They said they were not responsible if the door was previously painted. That was not explained to homeowners prior to work. Then they said it was due to extreme cold winter, but the peeling began before winter and before extreme cold in late fall. Now I owe them for destroying the door and have to pay someone else to repaint it or have the door replaced. I gave then 2 options: repaint the door (correctly) or not expect to be paid for work. They would not agree to either. Their recent commercials state how they respect your home. But they sure did not respect my home and I hope you will not give them the opportunity to work on your home. I will never let them on my property again.

Since we moved into our house in Solebury, Pa we have had occasion to hire Certa Pro Painters several times for interior and exterior painting jobs. The jobs were completed on schedule and satisfactorily. They were careful in respecting our property and cleaned and removed their own materials. I expect to continue this relationship in the future and recommend the company to acquaintances. Marion Brien

This was the second phase of our project and started June 20, 2013. This phase included exterior painting of stucco, trim and doors; installation of shutters on 5 windows; and interior painting of a two-story family room & foyer with adjoining halls and ceilings; a basement stairwell; the living room walls and ceilings. Everyone I dealt with at CertaPro conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner. Will Bridge was very pleasant, informative and prompt in getting our projects estimated and contracts completed. Claire Simon was pleasant, prompt and efficient in getting us on the calendar and registering our color selections. I am very happy with the work that Rafael and his crew did for us. They were professional, prompt, polite, neat, thoughtful and thorough. They listened to me and communicated throughout the project. They are very hard-working and good at their jobs. The only complaint I had was having the crew taken away for another new assignment after only being here one day into the project. I communicated this to Rafael and he passed this on to the scheduling office. I plan to use CertaPro for future projects and would highly recommend them.

Our experience with CertaPro was excellent. They delivered professional service with outstanding results. Our painting project turned out beautifully! The crew was terrific from start to finish. They were prompt, very meticulous and took great pride in their work. We would certainly use them again in the future as well as highly recommend them to others looking for a quality paint job.
