Our vision became a reality when MHI took on the project in our home. Our ordinary deck with slider became a gorgeous screened in porch with access through beautiful French doors. It extended our living space with such beauty and created a haven for us to create memories with our children and grandchildren. Working with Chris and Kristen was such a wonderful experience. They listened and created. They treated my home with respect and care; work was completed in less time than estimated. This will be our 9th summer enjoying this space and it is as beautiful as the first summer. They used environmentally safe products that have provided us years of low easy maintenance. They truly are the dream team!

McCormick Home Improvement did a fabulous job installing my new half-bath and framing in a new door on my first-floor master bedroom. Although this was a small job for them, we felt just as important and well taken care of as if it had been a major remodel. The quote was fair and accurate, and Chris did a great job figuring out how to maximize the very small space he had to work with. The work was completed on time. The guys were very professional, and they were very thorough in their clean-up when they left each day. We could not be happier with the whole process, and would recommend MHI to anyone!
