Cordeiro Custom Remodeling & Repair was established in October of 2009, operating out of Newman, California. Owner Mario Cordeiro Jr. decided to open his own contracting company after twelve years in the trades. Cordeiro Custom Remodeling & Repair believes, though it is a young company, that honesty, integrity and creating the most value for its clients’ budgets has set the foundation for the company’s future. We believe in detailed design, craftsmanship and using quality materials. We are there every step of the way from designing to constructing the home of your dreams. Cordeiro Custom Remodeling & Repair takes pride and satisfaction in assisting clients with improving their quality of life in their home, and believes that quality work takes patience and time. We never rush our clients into a project; our goal is your satisfaction and we know that beautiful work only comes with great planning. Mario is on the job sites as much as possible and works with his carpenters to ensure that what the customer envisioned comes to life with the quality of true craftsmanship. We specialize in craftsman and bungalow homes, but we are able to handle all phases of a remodeling project for any style of home. Our services include: consulting, design, kitchen and bath remodels, painting, finish work, custom cabinets, flooring, counter tops, windows and doors, porches and decks, framing, sheetrock and texture, roofing, house leveling, foundations, siding, gutters, plumbing, electrical, heating and air, and house additions. We are a fully licensed and insured company.
