John and his team - Patrick, Daniel, everyone - were really really fabulous. If I could give more than five stars I would. We were moving back to the US from overseas and had to initially coordinate the project with John from abroad. John made that easy - very responsive, professional, clear, direct. He provided comprehensive quotes for each of the two projects and when it came time for installation, his team was a dream! We gave John keys to the house and the code to the security system (which he set up!) and trusted him completely. Another aspect to make note of: two pieces of equipment were damaged during transit - one we didn't notice until after it (a TV) was installed, the second one started failing after about a week of installation and use (another large and expensive TV). John didn't hesitate to replace and re-install, obviously at no charge. I know during these COVID times, the QA around supply chain and third-partly logistics companies seems to have really suffered and we appreciated John replacing the two expensive TVs without even thinking or suggesting we had damaged the equipment ourselves. I wouldn't hesitate to hire MediaCraft again, and again. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions. After living away for almost ten years, coming back to amazing tech (security systems and a really cool television set up in multiple rooms in our house) may sound like no big deal but it is a big deal and John was instrumental in making our new home even more awesome. We hired John to install both a TV (with an automated mount) above a fireplace and to install a small home theater system that includes a soundbar, speakers, and a subwoofer. The area above the fireplace was a recessed art wall and this required a build-out. There is built in cabinetry to the left of the fireplace and John found a cable outlet and power outlets inside it. Two other AV installers missed this, they both discussed running cable through the ceiling which would have been both difficult and expensive. John quickly assessed the situation and gave our contractor detailed instructions on how to build out the wall so that the automated mount would fit. His instructions were perfect and everything worked out great. Patrick and Brendan did an excellent job installing the automated mount and configuring all of the equipment. I'm glad I hired John and his team at MediaCraft for this project.

We were finishing our basement and hired MediaCraft to wire the basement and install a home theater system. John Capoccia was great to work with. He is very knowledgable and takes time to talk through ideas and choices. You can tell he really loves what he does and that he cares. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is very responsive. When we ran into unexpected tech and setup issues, John personally resolved them. We are very happy with how things turned out.

We have used MediaCraft for years and they have wired all our homes to fit our specific technology needs. The owner, John, is extremely knowledgeable about all the latest technology and very accessible. We had several conversations about our needs and budget and he gave us detailed options to review before making any decisions. John listens to what you want and will give honest opinions about the products. Once we decided on products (a new television, speaker bar and ceiling speakers), he had them ordered and ready for install quicker than expected. John's installers, Brendan and Patrick were both punctual, friendly, and professional. They took their time to be certain they were aware of the entire installation plan and answered my questions before starting the install. John and his team were a pleasure to work with and I know we will be calling them again!

Can’t say enough about John Capoccia and his team at MediaCraft. They have installed 3 TVs for me: hidden wire installations in kitchen, bedroom and a complicated one over living room fireplace. John came out and walked through the house with me and listened to what I wanted, and Patrick and Brendan came back in a week and did a great job with the installations. I have recommended them to family and would use them again. Very knowledgeable and super friendly.

John and his team do an excellent job at a reasonable cost. He is always offering options at different price points and explaining what you really need and what are just luxuries. John is willing to help out when needed and flexible when his deadlines need to be pushed because of issues with other contractors. I enjoyed working with John and am very pleased with the results.

John and his team installed a tv and sound system in my family room. John was very knowledgeable and provided great guidance on what to purchase to maximize the viewing experience. He and his team were professional and friendly. I would use him again.

MediaCraft are terrific. They did the set up of TV and Sonos for our screen porch. John figured out the best and most cost effective approach to do the job seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with MediaCraft's work on our project. From start to finish, John and his team were incredibly responsive and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable, providing a range of practical solutions at varying price points. The work they did in our house was beautifully done, installing a wall mounted TV, in-ceiling surround speakers, receiver, etc. all while we were at work, leaving no evidence that any work had been done other than expertly installed, ready-to-go equipment. No question we'll be asking them back to help with our next project.

I have used Mediacraft a number of times over the last decade. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable and patient to explain the options that were being considered. Once a selection was made, the work was done in a timely fashion, and they did neat work and cleanup. Once the work was done, they were very good at training me on the new equipment until I was comfortable on my own. Of particular note, they installed with the systems a high end universal control, that controls all the equipment. Even after the work was done, they were timely and gracious in answering questions that I had on the systems. I would strongly recommend Mediacraft to anyone that has need for a high quality in-home AV system.
