Mega Granite & Marble

They do not speak our English language well. Damage done to Sheetrock when removing, but customer service stated that they are not responsible for any damages. We requested service in January, but it took them until April to complete. The finished work was exceptional, but due to the delays and not correcting problems with Sheetrock, I am giving two stars!!

Mega Granite has poor customer service and craftsmanship. They first cut a sink opening in a quartz countertop 3” off center from the window above. The countertops do not align parallel to the cabinet fronts. They are crooked. The second trip to replace the sink countertop they brought the wrong color material. Then they left leaving glue on the front of refrigerator, which is not even next to a countertop! Needless to say, I do not recommend Mega Granite, or Home Depot which is who I ordered the countertops from. I canceled the project, but they will not give a refund. $4,700 for substandard service and product. Buyer beware.

I made an appointment with Melanie and drove an hour to Mega- Granite to look for a remnant for my bathroom countertop...I found a piece I liked that was not tagged as being sold but Melanie could not find it in their system. She said she would try to find it after she came back from her week long vacation. I contacted her when she came back and she said she still could not find it in the system and she would reach out to the material manager. I never received a response to my inquiry even after trying to reach out one more time and inquiring as to if it had been sold... I am very disappointed in the customer service this employee provided and hope it does not represent the service provided by the rest of the company... I will be using another company for my installation...

For such a large company that claims they have been in business such a long time, they sure do not seem like they know what they are doing. We chose them over their smaller local competitors and regret doing so. There is absolutely no customer service or after sale service. Their employees are incredibly rude, the process is downright confusing and if you dare question anything, they will simply stop answering phone calls and don't even bother to believe them if they say they will return your phone calls. They will send subcontractors out that do not clean up after themselves, they rush the project to get to their next job, even when they arrived more than an hour late to the scheduled appointment. They will run your credit card the day of the installation regardless if you are satisfied or not.

I work with Mega Granite on a regular basis for my jobs. They are always very prompt with quotes, lead times and installations. They are usually the best priced as well. Roxanne is a pleasure to work with.

Poor customer service. I was told I could not look at their kitchen sinks unless I was having my countertops installed by them. I told them all I was interested in was seeing their sinks they had on display. And that I was in the market of buying a sink. They refused to help me or even let me look at what they had on display. The two associates were not thinking about the loss of a sale that just walked out their door. I would never purchase anything from mega granite & marble and would advise any one in the market to stay away from this business. Very poor customer service!

Courteous, prompt service. I called one day and fitters came out within a week to measure for the countertops. Then, within a week they had me drive to their location to choose the actual granite and lay out how I wanted it laid, according to the stone's natural appearance. The installation was perfect! One bit of molding in the master bathroom protruded, and the installers figured out a solution without cutting the molding or having to return at a later date. We were extremely pleased with the design, layout and installation process.

I stopped into Mega Granite after being disappointed in the lack of customer service at another local granite supplier. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and set up with an available salesperson. Although this project is a smaller DIY project, they gave the same attention to detail I expect they give on much larger jobs. The price was extremely competitive, turnaround time was only 4 days and professionalism at all levels was extraordinary. I will definitely return for our larger jobs in the future!

Installation went well and everything looks great, after they came back out several times to fix minor mistakes, but the billing department is absolutely a nightmare. The ladies in that department are simply rude and do not have good customer service skills. I was even hung up on twice by the same lady. I would not recommend them at all and will never use them again due to very poor customer service skills.

Great selection of granite. The Sales Representative was knowledgable and helpful. Installation was on time and professional. The only downside was the installation took three weeks to schedule.
