My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Melissa and her team were excellent throughout the process. We bought our dream home and when the architect gave us the plans we were a little disappointed we would not be able to get the open plan living area. We also didn't know exactly what we really wanted until we met with Melissa. We had a great talk in the begining and narrowed down how we wanted to use the home on a daily basis. Less than a week later, Melissa already had 3 options for each floor. Each option gave us everything we asked for but in a different way. We are over the moon how stunning and practical our home now will be and we even get an arts and craft room! Out of all the engineers, planners etc we have had to pay the last 12 months to get planning...Melissa has by far been the best, most communicative and reasonabled priced for the service we have received! A huge thank you!

Melissa Collaro has been most professional and helpful in all stages of the refurbishment project of my flat, and I would recommend her to others seeking a new design. Melissa demonstrated a professional and competent approach throughout. She took on board my requests and understood my needs, suggested different solutions, and remained open to my own proposals. She was also great in dealing with a challenging Freeholder. I would have liked to be better advised with regard to the workmen who, in the end, took charge of the works, though. Even then, Melissa was always there to oversee the developments of the project, support me and ensure that the works would be completed to high standards and would adhere to health and safety requirements.

Melissa made the refurbishment experience less stressful with a new perspective and helped us with the steps we needed to follow. I highly recommend it. If I have an other refurbished one in the future, I know I will use their service again.
