Menelli Tile & Stone

I had never used Menelli for an installation, but I needed a local tile expert to repair some chips in my quartz countertop. Instead of just sending someone on a housecall for the repairs, they asked me if my countertop was under warranty. I hadn't thought of that! It was! I called the Countertop brand's company and they sent out someone who fixed the damage for free! Amazing service from Menelli!

Menelli Tile & Stone was very easy to work with, as they always responded quickly and with a can-do attitude. Their fabrication of a custom design stone table with waterfall sides for our materials library was produced without problems and the team was always willing to make any adjustments needed. The piece came out beautifully and will serve as a prominent feature to display our materials to our clients. Fabrication was fast and the team who installed were pleasant to work with, very helpful and efficient.

Super quick turn around for product and service. Jeff and Miles are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The crew is talented, professional and on time. Menelli's is always our go-to!

We recently did a wall-to-wall remodel (kitchen, three baths, fireplace and outdoor kitchen) with extensive glass tile, marble and quartzite. The results are beautiful and Jeff, Miles, and the great Menelli crew made it happen. Jeff and Miles were very hands-on managers and worked hard to make sure every detail was perfect. Not everyone can make a sleek, modern look work well, but this design is amazing. I hope to post pictures, soon.

The charming showroom of Menelli Tile and Stone has a beautifully edited assortment of stone and tiles so one needn't waste time and energy looking through irrelevant options. Miles Carroll and her staff were so helpful in finding a beautiful French Limestone needed for my project which they cut and delivered promptly. I would definitely shop there again.

The folk at this business are the best combination of design and business talent. The showroom is a artful showcase of what beauty can be created and embellished through stone and tile. They are as helpful to the small project homeowner as they are to the largest estate makeover. And, they are a wonderful community contributor, to boot!

I looked in several places for my 2 bathroom project. Friend of mine recommended Menelli Tile for being one of the best and I'm glad I did connect with them. I enjoyed browsing in their showroom for ideas. What was taking me several weeks and going to 3 local shops/showrooms, took Jeff and Miles an hour to put together comprehensive project plan. They first really listened to my ideas while I was explaining my style, they were patient when I was showing them tons of my Pinterest saved. They helped me to narrow it down and created design I like. I do not like a lot of grout in bathroom and anywhere I went I was told it is unavoidable. It was nice to find Jeff, who found wonderful solutions, came with great design and truly listen to my wants. He is a problem solver and gets it done! I highly recommend them!

This is our second time using Menelli Tile for a bathroom project in our house. We used Menelli Tile most recently on a bathroom update in our house. Jeff was extremely helpful. He came out to our house to see what we already had in the bathroom and offered suggestions of where we could go with the new project. We then went back to his showroom where we came up with a few options. We were able to take the samples home with us to see them in the bathroom along with the lighting. We were thrilled with the choice we made for the tile and the stone countertop. The staff at this company is amazing. The installation team are all so professional and easy to have around. In addition, we love their attention to detail. We would definitely use Menelli Tile again for another project.

We are a Relais and Chateaux property in Greenwich, CT. When we renovated our hotel bathrooms and wanted specific French Moroccan cement tiles and decorative insert tiles. Montecito Tile and Stone had exactly what we required. They were knowledgeable and made every step seamless. All products were drop shipped directly from the vendor our location which negated any additional shipping charges. While it may seem illogical to purchase material from California, the cost was on par with anyone in our area. The service, product and professionalism made it a synchronistic transaction.
