I inherited a home that was in major disrepair. I hired CS Construction to do a complete remodel of the interior of this home. This included demolition, new ceilings, new recessed lighting in all rooms, new kitchen, flooring, baseboards, painting, new lighting in garage, new interior doors and hardware, new bathrooms, new entry doors. CS Construction gave me a construction timeline and kept to it. Construction started in February and all was completed in May. The final outcome of this house was outstanding. It is a new house inside because everything was replaced. It was easy to communicate with CS Construction for questions and their response time was quick. I would hire CS Construction Services for future construction work.

We hired Construction Services for a whole house remodel including; kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room, and all the flooring and baseboards throughout our house. We are so happy with it all! We have had Michael do work for us more than once in the past and he always gets it done on time and with high quality results. Construction services assisted us in getting the right materials in our price range. They also helped us to find materials when supply chain issues might have delayed our project. Already planning the next project. I highly recommend them for big or small projects.

The quality of work is excellent. The cabinets were designed to fit perfectly into the kitchen. We had help in picking out the color decor, which included the cabinets, the backsplash, the tile, and the kitchen walls. We were allowed to paint the walls to save money on the project. The crews were professional, polite, clean dressed, and cleaned up their messes. Yes, we would ask them back to remodel our bathrooms. Thank you all for giving us a beautiful kitchen.

My wife and I contracted Home Depot to do our kitchen backsplash. Materials arrived, but we had problems with the installation. After months of back and forth with Home Depot, we had given up on upgrading our kitchen backsplash. Lucky enough, Mike and Charlene came to our rescue. We contracted with them and in a week, they finished our kitchen backsplash installation. They did such a thorough job and were so detail oriented. They individually cut the tiles to fit under the nooks of our cabinets and underlights. We found a cracked tile during our final inspection and they replaced the tile within two days. Top notch service. My wife and I really appreciated how they made us feel like family friends. Our kitchen is gorgeous, we could not be happier. Thank you so much!

I had 2 bathroom remodels and Michael came and was patient and went over all the details with me. I have dealt with different construction people and had problems. I was a nervous person but he helped me through each stage. Once the jobs were done, i had him build my pantry. I am very happy with my new bathrooms and pantry. Thanks Micheal for a job well done.

Construction Services project manager was always accessible and easy to contact. He came frequently to check on progress and insure that quality work was being done. All of the workers onsite were polite and did excellent work. The end result was a beautiful new porch/deck. I would definitely recommend them again. I will use Construction Services for other projects in the future.

I hired Construction Services to remodel my entire home. For approximately 10 months Construction Services remodeled the interior of my home and I was finally able to move in at the end of October 2019. When my wife and I were actually able to see the finished product of their hard work we were in awe. But being a professional myself, I decided not to right a review until months had passed, until I had an opportunity to see if things were faulty and to let the "wow factor" pass. Well, I can honestly tell you that the "wow factor" has not passed. Each day my wife and I look at the quality of work this company provided and we are still amazed. Having purchased this home "used" my wife found Mike with one mission in mind - to use the expertise and experience that he had to provide us with the ideas that he had to make this home our "forever home". From the time of our first meeting with Mike, my wife and I were happy. But when he returned with his ideas and designs on what he envisioned to make our home "our home" we were elated with him and stopped looking for anyone else to tackle this project. Having never been through such a process Mike was extremely helpful in not only explaining the process, but guiding us through as the project proceeded. Additionally, as Construction Services worked they uncovered unforeseen problems with the home that were not apparent at the time of purchase, immediately called us regarding those problems, and suggested solutions that were appropriate. I truly felt that he did not just care about turning a buck, but actually cared about the health and well being of my family. Mike had the resources and connections to get these problems fixed in a quick and excellent manner. It is because of this that I can sleep well at night. If he had not uncovered these problems or simply ignored them because they were not a part of what he was hired to do, there could have been dire health consequences to my family. Now that months have passed I can honestly say that my home is perfect because of Construction Services. I love the look on visitor's faces when they come in and see the work done in our home. I could go on and on about the fantastic work that Construction Services did but I would probably be writing for 2 days. I suggest that you don't do yourself any "disservices" and hire Construction Services if you want the job done right. Thank you Construction Services and Mike for the job you did. You cared about my family and now you are considered apart of ours.

Construction Services – Michael Fell – WOW what a HUGE mistake. I have remodeled several homes in the past several years and had minor issues with contractors that were all resolved. Bought a home in Palm Desert Ca. That needed a complete remodel. We decided to go with Construction services out of Riverside Ca. When construction started in Aug. 2018 Michael Fell said the whole remodel would take 7 weeks!! I did some changes and added more to the project so let’s be fair and go to 14 weeks. Well it ended up being over 30 weeks!! Things started off OK but when we wanted to add or change something the price was so high, we decided not to do it. We decided to get quotes from other contactors for add on projects that Constructions services was priced way to high. Well that pissed Michael Fell OFF. The other contractors where as much as 5 times lower than Michael. The project became very frustrating and Michael became more difficult to deal with he didn’t really manage the project and he became very conveniently forgetful. I did get to know his sub-contractors pretty well as I was there every day but several of them were not fond Of Michell Fell as several of then referred to him as a bully and didn’t like working for him. Michael’s sub-contractors also stated he would bully his customers and me being Michael’s customer I did indeed feel very bullied. Several things went wrong with our project and I will only bring up 1 or so as if I write about the all you will be reading for an hour. Michael would only fix things that he could blame on his subs and the change or repair cost Michael nothing. (bully) I bought all the appliances myself and gave Michael all specifications on every appliance. One appliance was a U-line ice maker, When they went to install the ice maker it stuck out 7 inches which of course is not acceptable well Michael said well that’s to bad but of course he did refused to make it right he even tried to put it in a different location and told me we would have to modify the cabinets to see if it might fit and made me text him while he was standing right in front of me approval for the attempted install and if it didn’t work would cost me $600.00. Well it didn’t work and cost me $600.00 This is the kind of thing that happened over and over again. Michael calls himself a custom designer in reality he is a half assed handy man at best. Ok 1 more Michael gave me a quote to refinish the beams in the kitchen and dining room $3400.00 I got another quote and had another contractor do it for $800.00 and they look great thanks Mike for another attempt to rip me off. Michael also was a very big Bully to any other contractor that I brought in. I do believe Constructions Services does have some happy customers but they have no idea how much more they paid then they should of. Having been involved in the construction for many years I have a pretty good idea what things should cost. Towards the end of this horrible project there were several things that needed to be addressed so I wanted to hold a little money back until complete but was threatened with a lien put on my house by Construction Services if I didn’t pay immediately. After everything was done we had several issues that Michael would not address or wouldn’t consider looking at. In closing this was one of the worst experiences of my life and would not recommend Construction Services to anyone. Still finding things not done to code as of 02/02/2020

We hired Michael Fell, Construction Services, to complete our kitchen remodel. Our remodel began in October 2019 and was completed in November 2019. Michael submitted to us a proposed redesign of our current kitchen (which is 32 years old) that is stunning! But the plans are nothing in comparison to the completed project. Michael possesses the capability of envisioning what can be done to update a room while always keeping in mind what the customer wants. Our remodel was a total reconstruction. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt to reflect a more modern and higher functioning space. Michael’s professionalism, knowledge and work quality were reflected throughout the project. Michael expects, and receives, the same level of work quality from his subcontractors. We were extremely impressed with the way he supervised our project. Michael communicated with us daily during the project to ensure that the work was being completed to his satisfaction, as well as ours. Michael provided us with a progressive payment schedule for all of the renovation work and would not accept payment for any portion of the construction until it was completed and met with his approval. Michael, from the beginning, said to us “This is your kitchen and I want to make sure you have what you want.” We highly recommend Michael Fell of Construction Services for any of your home improvement projects. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found him and his company and if we consider any future home projects, Michael Fell of Construction Services is who we would go to for the project.

I had Construction Services landscape my front yard and backyard after my pool was built. They designed the front and I had my ideas for the back. They started the work right away and each group of people who came out to do their particular job was so respectful and so good at what they did I was kind of shocked. There was concrete work, masonry, landscaping, sprinkler systems and drains in the front yard. They installed a section of vinyl fencing, a gate and made my family dog park since I don’t have a dog it’s for family dogs. They built my patio cover with tile roofing to match my house and installed electrical outlets. Now I have my Maui backyard and a beautiful front yard. My family and friends are very impressed. It was worth every penny.

We were very satisfied with the work and how meticulous he was in completing our home remodel. We had complete trust in him and his ability to do the work and we really like the fact that he was able to design the remodel and give us different ideas that we never thought of, he also kept us informed and was very professional. He ran into some unforeseen damage that he took care of and a design flaws that he corrected while doing the remodel. Highly recommend Michael and Construction Services for any work you need to have done. Was impressed from beginning of project to the end by his willingness to work with us through the bidding process to being on-site regularly to follow through with his subs and his own critical eye for doing things right. Everything was done exactly as described and according to budget.

I don't have enough words to say how pleased I am with my remodel. I had a few contractors give me bids but Michael listened to what I was looking for and came up with an amazing design. He helped me through the whole process of picking out all I needed. He helped me design my dream kitchen, his wife Charlene was just as caring and helpful. All his subcontractors were professional and friendly. One concern I had was my pets. I did make some request which Michael passed on to his subcontractors to assure the comfort of my four legged kids. He estimated the whole remodel at half the time other contractors indicated and met the deadline. I now have my dream kitchen and bathroom. I have people comment how beautiful my house is. It has transformed my house. On a side note there were a couple little things that needed to done after job was done and final payment already made. Michael was right non it with no delays. He and Charlene are very honest caring and professional people.

Eleven-year-old home had nothing done to it...until we found Construction Services. We completely remodeled the kitchen, living room, dining room and are planing on baths. Our remodel included cabinets, granite, flooring, base boards, fireplace and wall remodel and we were completely thrilled with Michael's work. His people are the BEST, period. Can't say enough good and would highly recommend him!

Mike and his knowledgeable staff at Construction Services worked hard to meet our deadline to finish by Summer! He also had great relationships when it came to sourcing materials. He helped us gut and remodel a 1974 kitchen and bathroom to the studs, while gaining square footage in the process! When unexpected issues arose, he worked competently to resolve. Our kitchen is functional and gorgeous!

Great experience, we had one month to get our condo move in ready. Michael and his team were able To deliver. New paint job throughout the whole condo, old rug and flooring replaced with new flooring including stairway, restroom had a double cabinet, we replaced with a pantry and single cabinet, new toilet and new bathtub, we removed old kitchen and replaced with new cabinets which were customed to our taste , granite installed .. our condo had a major face lift. We have worked with Construction Services on many projects in our home. We first had granite countertops installed and then used them again on a second project for stone floors and carpet throughout our home. We have used them to install carpet and tile in a rental property and most recently we used them to construct an outdoor kitchen and with granite countertop. Construction Services are very professional, honest and easy to work with. They are creative and very knowledgable about construction and design ideas, but more importantly, very good and genuine people.

Construction Services replaced my floor, extended the bedroom, and remodeling our bathroom completely! They extended my closet and made into a walk-in closet. They also remodeled the guest bathroom! They put in a salt water heater and tankless water heater! They put a floor in the attic and lights. They repaired all the lighting in the house. The whole house is running on LED now! Now our house is running on an entire electrical system! They did a complete lighting remodel in the front and back yard and added new security cameras! They replaced all doors in the house! They repainted the interior and exterior of the house. We had a lot of work done! The employees at Construction Services are very professional and courtesy! No complaints from us! We would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for a new remodel. In fact, if we have anything else done in the future we are definitely calling Construction Services back!

From the minute I walked into the doors of Construction Services, I was made welcome by Michael & his staff. Construction Services offers whole house remodeling & I like the fact that I was able to see a wide variety of producits for my kitchen remodel in one place. Michael & his staff provided a detailed plan for my kitchen and were there overseeing the project every step of the way. If a problem occurred during construction, Michael was swift at resolving the issue. I am still happy with the finished look & products 10+ years later.

Michael and Charlene handled an extensive remodeling / interior design job for us starting last December. We have been living in the result of their expertise now for about 6 months. We love the result more and more every day--the workmanship and the designing. Fabulous. We highly recommend them!

We recently updated our kitchen. Contractors were professional and stayed in contact with client on a regular basis. Contractors cleaned up after themselves and I love the finished product.

I have availed of the services of Construction Services twice. Their first project with me was remodeling two bathrooms. Both turned out even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Construction Services worked within our budget and met all our needs, while surpassing on the beauty they created. The second project was creating a theatre room for my husband. OH WOW! It is an amazing creation with high attention to details along with creative thinking to maximize space, ambiance and effect. It is truly a MAN haven! This was our second experience with Construction Services. Charlene’s design recommendations were wonderful – all to our complete liking. Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly.
