916 Contractor Pros

Third-generation roofing, window, siding and wildfire hardening contractor based in Carmichael, serving greater Sacramento and the foothills. 916 Contractor Pros (CA CSLB #1156523, General Building) handles roof repair and replacement, roof inspections, seamless gutters, window and door replacement, siding and trim, dry rot repair, exterior painting, concrete, decks, and SB 721 / SB 326 balcony and walkway repairs for apartment owners and HOAs. We work across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Nevada counties, including Truckee/Tahoe. For foothill and mountain homes we start with a Wildfire Readiness Assessment, then harden the weak points embers find: Class A roofing, ember-resistant vents, roof edges and gutters, fire-resistant decks, and the 5-foot ember-resistant zone around the house. Every project gets photo documentation, a written fixed-price scope before work begins, and one named point of contact from estimate to final walkthrough.
