Michele Dugan has been a dream to work with on our living room remodel. She spent time getting to know us and the goals we had for the project. She kept to the budget we agreed upon and made sure that we were always up to date on the process. Her knowledge about materials and resources was excellent. Michele Dugan has the ability to dramatically re-invent a space, as well as, the attention to detail to see that a project’s ultimate vision is realized. Our small, out-dated bathroom now looks spacious and modern. She is a true professional in every sense of the word and was able to work with us on all aspects of our project, including drafting the necessary architectural construction documents and helping us through the permit process. Michele Dugan is a consistent, well organized and knowledgeable designer. She makes it easy for UMG to provide the custom counters in the kitchens, baths, fireplaces and shower walls. Our first project began in 2012 and for the past 3 years we've enjoyed working with Michele. She always puts her customers needs first and gives the customer flexibility when selecting their stone. Michele understands the necessary details and prep-work to be provided for each of her subcontractors. We have yet to run into a project that goes wrong when Michele is contracted on a project.

We came to Michelle not really knowing where to begin with our large deck remodel. She was invaluable to us from the first day until the day we finished.
