I do not recommend buying from them. I spent about 10k on their fridge and it just broke right outside their warranty after spending 1k attempting to fix it and they are telling me it’s a seal system issue. The technician told me that even if i spend 3k to fix it it’ll break down in a month or two.!!!

If there is zero star, i will do so. I had bought CM 6560 coffee machine. It was broke after 8 month - using it once a day only. It was sent to them for Warranty Repair process. It was received 6 or 7 weeks later. But it was more worse (not even suction water) I called them back. They will send box to pick it up. however it has been 2 weeks trying to call a supervisor as the REP can not help. They promised me a supervisor would call me but never did. Please do not waste your money buying any product. Run away with your Money - very disappointed paid a lot of money for machine that does not work properly

I have been working with Miele since the beginning of my carrier in 1999 in Germany. Miele is my clients preferred Brand in the United States and enables me to find the matching designs and Materials for all of my projects. The appliances offer an unmatched quality and functionality for years of enjoyment. Utilizing top notch technologies such as induction, combi steam cooking and efficient food preservation allow a level of comfort and reliability that turn every meal into a event of enjoyment!

I like my Miele Dishwasher. It is extremely quiet which I really appreciate. What I find extremely frustrating, however, is the difficulty of finding someone to service it. I live in a major metropolitan area -- Philadelphia -- and I have been trying for days to find an appliance repair person who is "authorized" to repair a Miele Dishwasher. On top of that, none of the customer service numbers are functional. On three different days I have attempted to get through to a person. When I have reached someone at "the call center". they suggest calling back the following day since they are experiencing audio problems and they cannot hear me. There is a function on the site to request a service call. But there is a technical problem so it is impossible to send it through. I am not one to write messages like this, but I feel that I have been put in a terrible bind by Miele and I have no one to communicate with. My husband has suggested giving up on Miele and moving on to something that can be repaired. I like my dishwasher, when it works...

Service level absoultely stinks beyond compare. I will never buy another Miele product. I'm not going to write the entire disgusting story. Suffice it say plan on an excercise in total frustration and under delivery beyond comparison should you need service. Before you buy, try calling customer service as if you had an issue and see how long you wait. Try scheduling a service call online and be prepared to wait 2 weeks and then to have noone show up or answer....

dishwasher integrated specs are horrible dimensions have no tolerance at all. Specs should be very clear easy to use and would result in less mistakes. when specs are difficult it takes liability away from manufacture

As a kitchen and bath showroom we were looking for an appliance line that would integrate nicely with our clean design aesthetic, we found Miele to be a good fit! While attending their training seminars we were impressed at how all the dishes we created tasted as if they were made by a professional chef. The combi steam oven is one of our favorite items to include in our kitchen designs.

We are in the Kitchen and Bath remodel industry. I couldn't wait for our old dishwasher to wear down so I could get the Miele dishwasher. It's wonderful. It's the simplest of things that make an enormous difference in the kitchen. A quiet dishwasher (with a light in it) .

After researching for a long time, I settled with Miele appliances because of their low incident history across the world and for its excellent customer service. We are delighted with our Miele Futura dishwasher and our Miele compact, yet powerful vacuum cleaner. These both deserve a definite 5 stars rating. We are extremely delighted with our purchase ! In addition our sales associate Ms.Carol Robinson was quite knowledgeable about their products, was very patient to answer all our questions and quick enough to reply to every single query on email. I strongly recommend Ms.Carol for all your Miele appliances !
