Hired JAC to install a pair of Andersen 400 Series Patio Doors. JAC did not follow the contract work scope, charged extra for the cost of parts that were covered in the contract work scope, took 3 months to complete the work. I worked patiently with JAC for a year to get the work fixed but JAC blamed everything on the structure of my building. Andersen sent a technical representative out to look at the doors and he concluded that the installation was out of level and plum. I would not hire this company again.

Mike, Jose, and Isabell were great to work with. We did a full kitchen/bath renovation and vaulted the ceilings as well. The project came in right around budget and slightly ahead of schedule. There were a few minor things that came up along the way but everything was handled in an excellent way. I would recommend JAC and definitely work with them again.
