We purchased our home in January of 2025 and we contacted MCS to give a follow up inspection on some items that came up during our inspection pre-closing. They came to the house to review all items and gave their honest and personal feedback and recommendations on what they would suggest be done. We took their advice and they took care of all items/concerns in question and we were able to move into our home without a worry. From removing and replacing drywall, informing us of something that was an issue behind the drywall and resolving it, adding an air flow vent, replacing screen enclosure , installing LVP flooring, adding new baseboards in our bedrooms and much more. They did everything with such professionalism. They are very fair and great to communicate with and share progress updates and provide great quality work in the end result. Highly recommend working with Mike and Ashley from MCS for any and all home repairs/upgrades/improvements.

Ashley and Mike were awesome to work with. Great communication and the finishing product was amazing. I am so grateful they were able to finish my condo remodel when they said they would.Ashley was on site every few days to help keep thing in order and moving. I would highly recommend MCS!

I have worked closely with MCS as they were rebuilding my condo unit that was flood damaged from Hurricane Ian. They completed the rebuild and renovations and it looks better than I could have ever imagined. I could not be happier with the service, work quality, efficiency, honesty, communication and delivery provided by MCS and their team. For anyone that is looking to rebuild, renovate, build new, or for any construction matters, I highly recommend working with MCS as they will complete your project from start to finish and you will be completely satisfied. It is unfortunately, very hard to find good quality and honest contractors, and MCS checks all the boxes and more. MCS (Mike and Ashley) just completed our remodel and did a great job. It was a big project-removing walls to make the home more open, removing 5 different floor coverings and putting in LVP throughout, all new cabinets in kitchen and baths, counter tops, trim, lights, plumbing, paint, remodeled master bath and replaced exterior doors. The job was completed on time and within budget, and the workmanship was great. Mike and Ashley were both responsive during the entire process and so easy to work with, as well as their workers and sub contractors. We feel like we were very fortunate, have heard horror stories from others not so lucky. Would highly recommend MCS (Mike Carroll Services), you won't be disappointed.

MCS exceeded my expectations on their quality of work and professionalism. They replaced our kitchen, bathroom, tiled floor, interior doors, entry door, electrical and pluming and more due to flood damage from hurricane Ian. They came in after a long battle with a failed contractor and swiftly did what they said what they would do. They handled all my questions and concerns with timely professional communication. Strongly recommend this contractor!

This included the flooring, all appliances, tubs, showers sinks, cabinets, counter tops, sheetrock, etc.. The Condos themselves are just now finished. MCS is now working on our club house and walkway-outdoor lighting. We are not only satisfied with their work but are very pleased with the end product. This company and its owners, Mike and Ashley, are completely trustworthy, honest, dependable and possess a high level of integrity. They listen to their customer, give excellent advise and really good explanations. They are wise in their choices of subcontractors. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. We had a problem with drain lines in many of the floors and channels of concrete had to be ripped up, cast-iron pipes replaced and new concrete put down. It was a massive job. I am the president of the HOA and can tell you we are all very happy to have contracted with MCS. If you are have a project, I give you my highest recommendation on behalf of MCS. You will not regret choosing MCS to do your work. Also their prices are very reasonable and fair.

MCS completed my rebuilt condo after hurricane Ian and I couldn't be more pleased. Mike and Ashley were very professional and wonderful to work with. They responded to any questions or concerns I had immediately. The finishes are outstanding - beyond anything I could have wanted. I had so many decisions to make and MCS took the professional care to make the ones I didn't even think of in the whole scope of a complete rebuild like soft close kitchen cabinets and doors and soft close toilets. The subcontractors they hired were also very professional and worked tirelessly to finish my unit and FINALLY get me the home I needed and wanted and was able to get out of my FEMA apartment! You will not be disappointed with MCS and I'm certain you will feel exactly like I do with your finished project.

We were flooded by Ian like so many others. Mike gave a fair estimate for the work and also gave us a lot of information we needed to submit our insurance claim . Once the material arrived the work was completed within a few weeks. Great workmanship and no change orders. Definitely recommend his services.

Mike (Sensitive Information Hidden) and his team at M.C.S. helped our Condo Association build 24 new sets of Decks/Steps that had been damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022. We worked with M.C.S. to determine which materials would work best for us, and decided on a mix of Treated Lumber and a TREX product. When construction commenced, we ran into a problem (on the Condo Association end) because we didn't know for sure where all of our irrigation lines were located. As it turned out, we had asked M.C.S. to drive the new posts directly on top of many of the lines! Well, after working with Mike and his crew to determine the best "Plan B" possible, we authorized change orders to enlarge the decks by several feet to get us "beyond" the irrigation line problem. We agreed quickly to terms on the change orders, and got the project right back on track. Mike's crew showed up every day and worked hard until all 24 sets of Decks/Steps were completed. Our Association is very pleased with the quality and strength of the new Decks/Steps. A job "well done." I can recommend Mike Carroll and his M.C.S. crew highly!

I contract with MCS for home renovations, not realizing that Hurricane Ian was going to happen in about 3 weeks. Mike was great through the process. He initially handled re restoration piece so I did not have to find a separate contractor for that. Then afterward his team jumped in and moved on with the original renovation. We uncovered a couple minor unexpected surprises that added to the cost but overall, what Mike quoted at the start of the job is what I ended up paying at the end of the job. Even with the increase in costs due to the hurricane. Mike was always very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and if I had a similar project, M.C.S. would definitely be my first call.

My wife and I have been working with Mike Carroll for over fifteen years. As real estate investors, it's vital to have a contractor you can trust. Mike Carroll is that guy! In our many years of working with him, we have found him to be honorable, trustworthy and fair and just an all around great guy. Most importantly, if there's a problem he answers the phone and follows up. Recently, our personal home was in need of major repair after hurricane Ian. We again hired MCS and we are very pleased with the results.

MCS repaired both my home and a rental property that were flooded by Hurricane Ian. I received estimates and contracts quickly. Some remodeling needed to be done and lots of twists and turns occurred during the rehab process since both properties were over 50 years old. Mike was easy to work with and responsive to requests for changes and additions. His team was good at coming up with solutions for unusual conditions that were sometimes revealed only after a wall or plumbing was torn out. Some situations required customized cabinetry which came out beautifully. Pricing was fair and if there was an error caused by him or his workers, he was good about the company assuming responsibility for correcting the situation. I'm enjoying my "new" home greatly and have also been able to realize more income from my rental property because of the updates and improvements made since Ian.

Mike’s friendly team did a great job getting us through a disaster where we pretty much lost everything. I’ve already recommended them to other flood victims and friends.
