We hired Mike Samuelson Construction Inc. to build a garage and also to do a modest kitchen remodel. In both cases we were extremely happy with the results. The quality of the work was excellent and the crew was very professional. They worked with us to meet our expectations and to keep costs down. We plan to hire them for all our future building and remodeling needs.

Samuelson Construction did a few fix it jobs around my house, Fence repair, New door etc. The fence work was done quickly and efficiently. The work was very well done and its much appreciated.

I have used Mike's services many times,over the years. Very straight forward,stays on budget with a very qualified,courteous crew. I recently purchased a new house that Mike completely remodeled it , using his expertise to provide an excellent living space. I highly recommend Mike Samuelson Inc for any large or small project.

Mike and his crew built us a stand alone building with super insulation for a wine storage room and a separate work area. He was great to work with, flexible and resourceful about issues that came up (usually on our end) and his guys were equally skilled and nice to work with. His quality was really top notch and I would hire him in a heartbeat if I needed more work done, no matter how large.

Mike did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel, windows and siding, and I will hire him for any future remodel work!

Mike Samuelson Construction is one of the worst builders I have encountered. On our new house, 5 doors framed incorrectly, 17 anchor bolts set incorrectly, 30' of wall out of plumb 7/8". Roof trusses incorrectly set. West wall of house bowed out 7/8". All plywood flooring installed wrong side up and no spacing. The list goes on. Floor has warped and Mike Samuelson refuses to complete repairs as he promised. If you see him run don't walk!

We have hired Mike for dozens of remodel projects throughout the years for both Wallace Road and Sea Ranch. Jobs ranges from totally revamping front stairways, creating patios and decks, building wine rooms, finishing upstairs over the garage and residing the homes. He is totally honest, reliable, on time, on budget, and a joy to work with. If this sounds to good to be true, he is by far above the best professionals I have worked with homes remodels throughout California, Arizona and the Pacific Northwest. I suggest you give him a call whenever you have a complicated and exacting build, from the ground up or otherwise. Plus, he is a great guy.
