I've used Mikhail Pasko for the entirety of my indoor home renovation projects over the last several years from flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, millwork, doors, you name it. He is friendly and courteous and has a good eye for improvements as he goes over your project. He is willing to work around your constraints and budget! The quality of workmanship is top notch. His crew Leo and Vlad have done all the work and they are the most professional, respectful, and friendly crew I've come across. They take great pride in their work and don't take shortcuts. I thoroughly enjoy seeing the work they do!

I had State of the Art Installation Inc install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my condo. They did such and amazing job I had them do my family house too. Mikhail was referred to us by our designer for our hardwood floors. He came out and provided a very detailed bid for the floors as well as a bathroom we were remodeling. I was so impressed with his approach and attention to detail we went ahead with both the main floor hardwoods as well as the tile shower and floors. His crew was respectful, talented and worked quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the job that that did! In fact, since then, we’ve hired him to do two additional projects in our home and he has continued to wow us at every turn. His team returned to install tile in our laundry room and downstairs bath. Then we asked him to install the quartz and backsplash in our kitchen and we are over the moon with how incredible it looks. We hired Mikhail and his team as a personal recommendation from a coworker. We chose to install LVP throughout since we have three active dogs and plan to eventually have kids The installation was quick and efficient, and his team was very polite and considerate at every interaction. They always cleaned up before leaving. We unfortunately had a delay with the distributor where we purchased our floors from, but if we had had all the product at the time of installation I have no doubt they would have replaced the floors in our 2000 sqft house in 3 days. I would recommend them to others and hope to use them again for future projects!

So we used State of the Art installation to replace the entire floor of our condo unit, after some serious water damage. Mikhail was great through then entire process of bid, install and post install questions. We were dealing with an HOA and two different insurance companies so for him to wait literally months for us to get started was much appreciated. His installers were amazing, those two guys busted their backs to get the floor installed. We basically piled everything from one side of the unit to the other so they could remove and install in a single day, then we repeated for the second half of the unit. I really expected it to be a rush job, however it was amazing the work his installers did. We also paid to have the baseboards installed, and they installed baseboard in closets that never had them and had some unusual angles. I was super happy with the entire process, and now months later everything is still amazing and we love our floors. Then nearly a month after install, we asked that he follow up with our insurance company with two questions they had. Most companies would just move on and not respond, but he graciously helped answer their questions enabling us to get the full amount covered. Will definitely use them in the future if we need more flooring work to be done.

We are very pleased with the work that Mikhail did for us. The communication was great, the work was high quality, they arrived on time, cleaned up everyday, and finished on schedule. Mikhail even went above and beyond by providing information for our homeowners insurance claim.

Mikhail was asked to perform exceptional customer service and communication from our first contact because I was arranging installation of hardwood floors from the east coast, for my home in Everett, WA. My renters had just moved out and I was preparing to move cross country but wished to upgrade our home to rustic red oak floors. From the first call, I felt comfortable and was impressed with the quality of work on the website. His prices were competitive and the craftsmanship was second to none. The floors turned out flawless and were a welcomed surprise when I arrived, well after the work was completed. Based on the flooring, I’m continuing to work with him on future house projects, to include installing a large custom exterior window. Our experience was outstanding. Mikhail is a really good businessman delivering quality work on time, and as scheduled. We had an unusual situation because my husband was suddenly limited to a walker and we were advised that it would help to replace our carpet with wood. He was too sick for me to leave him to go shopping. I was given Mikhail's name, and explained the situation. And so he brought samples to me, and expedited the scheduling since time was of the essence. It was a very tricky job because we have many curved walls. The quality was first class. We had been under so much stress that the slightest wrinkle would have caused a mass meltdown, but it never happened. I highly recommend State Of The Art.

Our home was hit by a septic accident right before the holidays, and Mikhail from State of the Art Installation put us back together and more on very short notice. For the repair (and additional renovations we decided to do), our job included installation and refinishing of new hardwoods across the entire first floor (3 rooms and a hallway), installation of vinyl in our laundry room, repainting of several rooms, and repair of baseboards/molding/doorjambs/etc. The entire experience was excellent, starting from the bid to the final finishes. Mikhail responded to my inquiry within a day, came to our property, and had a detailed itemized estimate for materials and labor. The other contractors we contacted (who were also highly rated on thumbtack and houzz) were not nearly as detailed-oriented as Mikhail, which was a major factor in our decision. During the installation, Mikhail provided an accurate schedule, and his crew delivered without any delays, despite a few extra asks we threw in during the process. Mikhail came and supervised his crew on a number of occasions, responded promptly to our emails and questions, and offered valuable input into our decision-making process (e.g., stain selection). Mikhail’s crew was prompt, polite, and took very good care of our belongings during the installation. I was extremely impressed with how they managed all of our heavy furniture, which included two over-sized laundry units and an electronic piano. In the end, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Mikhail in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a contractor who offers excellent quality at a very fair price. We look forward to continue working with him on future projects.
