My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

We provide complete, permit-ready plans for construction projects. This includes new custom homes, additions, remodels, garages, decks, pole buildings, just to name a few! We go over the entire design project with you and provide suggestions and options to improve on any ideas you have seen, or thoughts you may have. Our finished plans can then be taken to any builder, and can also be taken in for permitting. We do in-depth design that takes into account local codes and building techniques, rather than a simple concept for the space. And with nearly 15 years of building design experience, you can trust our team to guide and support you through the whole process—providing you with everything you need, and more than you were expecting. Troy Philp of Millennium Design designed our whole-house remodel as well as a new garage and mudroom. One of the overall changes we wanted was creating universal accessibility throughout. We are particularly pleased with the roll-in shower Troy designed to replace the Jacuzzi tub. We found Troy to be creative and personable as he helped us decide how best to create big and small livable solutions.

Commented: Kitchen Island3'-9" is fine for walkway space. Minimum I use is 3'-6". Not ideal but still very practical
