We partnered with B Designs Interiors on a new-construction condominium project one to two years ago. As the builder and developer, we needed a level of expertise in design that would cater to the niche target market of individuals, while respecting a budget, building specifications, and condominium functionality. Maria was a pleasure to work with by creating spaces and designing features that quickly transitioned to sales. She was able to work with our construction timelines and constraints and made it a top priority to create spaces and offer selections that were immediately recognized and complimented as soon as we were able to bring them to fruition. When the next permissible project allows for this expertise, Maria and B Designs Interiors will be our first choice.

I was initially hesitant to hire an interior designer because I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, from the moment Maria stepped in, her expertise and patience made the entire process incredibly smooth. She immediately identified and solved an issue I had struggled with for years—the layout of our great room. After that, I was sold! We are thrilled with how our home has transformed, and we now love coming home and entertaining in our beautifully redesigned space. I was searching online for an interior designer to redesign my entire home, and came upon Maria's website. She returned my call immediately and set up a meeting the following week. Maria came to my home, listened to what I hoped to accomplish and came up with some great suggestions. She explained up front that the pandemic would likely delay my anticipated timeline, as supplies and furniture were backordered. I immediately felt very comfortable with Maria. She clearly loves what she does, takes her work very seriously and most importantly wants her clients to be happy. I was impressed by how quickly she developed a sense for my taste. She always presented options that I liked and at different price points, mindful of my budget. Everything was done for me, and I haven't taken one day off from work. Maria will do it all, and she will make sure that things are done correctly. She is professional and will respond to phone calls immediately, despite her very busy schedule. Her contractors are excellent and trustworthy. At this point, my master bedroom and bath are completed and the transformation is astounding. The pictures don't really convey all that was done and I am beyond pleased! The final result is almost an exact duplicate of Maria's digital design. I didn't want to change anything. Note the tray ceiling, which added so much to the master bedroom. My family room, guest bath, and den are close to completion with the same result, a total transformation inside of what looks like a completely different home. My kitchen will be next, and I can't wait for the final phase in this process. If you are looking for a high end five star designer for any project, large or small, give Maria a call. I initially started working with Maria about a year and a half ago. She assisted my husband and I in decorating our family room. We were so pleased with the results, we called on her again when it was time to decorate the dining room. To say we are thrilled with how the room turned out, would be an understatement. The room is absolutely beautiful!! We couldn't be happier. Working with Maria has been a pleasure. She is always professional. My questions are always answered in a timely fashion (almost immediately to be honest.) What impresses me the most about Maria is her ability to enhance the room into your vision. She chooses pieces that fit perfectly into the room and that we love. We will be calling again when we start our living room. Can't wait!!

I’m a repeat customer. About 9 years ago I hired MJ to redo the house after the remnants of a tropical storm put 2 trees through the roof. One bedroom and the bathroom were rebuilt, and the house got a refresh. 9 years later it was time to refresh things and get serious. What started as a kitchen remodel, to get the place ready to sell, spread into the dining area and front room and the already finished midcentury basement. MJ had the whole place repainted and resurrected the breezeway from catchall to nearly a mud room/entry. MJ Changed the color scheme which made the whole place look much larger! She was a genius 9 years ago, she has only gotten better at everything. She understood the evolution of my quirky eclectic style. What started as a fix n sell, is so nice I decided to stay forever. I would highly recommend using Maria if you are looking to make changes in your home. I struggled with colors and ideas so I called Maria to help me out. She immediately knew what colors would fit my personality and work with my space. She is also very conscientious of staying within your budget. She really wants you to be pleased with the final project. I love my new space! It makes me feel happy and proud of the home I created with her help.

Maria transformed my powder room! It is beautiful and sophisticated. It looks like a picture from a magazine. She took my style and elevated it to another level. When choosing the furniture, wallpaper, etc.. Maria showed/ brought many choices. She took her time and made sure that what she picked went well in the room and that I was truly happy. Maria also assisted me with my family room. It turned out perfect!! Everything is so cohesive from the window treatments and pillows to the console and the rug. I absolutely love it!! This is the second time we have used Maria from B Designs for a project in our home, and she nailed it again . We were looking to redo our living room as the space we’re working with has been a struggle because it is a small area, having worked with Maria before, I knew she could help . She picked out new furniture, tables , and wall accents, and also helped to lead us in the right direction as far as placement. Well ... when the job was done , our space looked twice the size , so beautiful and stylish, while still achieving a very lived in feel . No job seems to be too big or too small for Maria, and we have suggested her to many family members and friends along the way . She is also such an absolute pleasure to deal with, we can’t wait for our next project with her . Thank you so much , to Maria, who we now consider such a dear friend .

Maria did an excellent job on our project. The apartment for a senior with health issues was done to perfection; yet managed to create a warm and welcoming home while keeping in mind safety issues. Working with Maria has been incredible. She has transformed rooms in our home into amazing spaces. It is a priority for Maria to spend time discovering the homeowners style. She has extensive knowledge, resources and expertise. Maria’s creativity allows her to dramatically change rooms that not only are picturesque but completely reflect your style, budget and personality. Decorating on your own can be frustrating, time consuming and expensive. I only wish that we had found her years ago when we bought our home.
