Rainier, Inc.

Working with Rainier on our home remodeling project was a great experience. One of the biggest differentiators was how well they collaborated with Kamila at Level Up Design. The partnership between design and construction was seamless, and it showed in the final result. Rainier didn’t just “execute”—they actively contributed to bringing the vision to life in a cohesive way. What also set them apart was how they embraced a more holistic approach, working closely with our landscape designer, Danielle at Helix Green Design, to ensure the entire property—not just the house—was complete and move-in ready. That level of integration is rare and made a meaningful difference. Rainier brings structure, clarity, and a commitment to getting it right. I recommend them to those looking for a builder who is collaborative, solutions-oriented, and focused on delivering a truly finished product.

Let me start off with saying that I’ve had both good and bad experiences with renovations before but the experience I had with Rainier is a whole different level of amazing! Every single expectation and positive experience I’ve had before was blown out of the water by these guys. Everyone is involved from the owner, Matt to project managers Tripp, Brad, and Corey to Shannon in the office. Day one of my renovation and talking with Matt he mentioned how strongly he feels about transparency and accountability, which right away I knew that I was in good hands. They follow up their words with actions. Brad was my project manager and I mentioned to him that I was blown away by how amazing this has been and he commented that this wasn’t even them firing on all cylinders and being slow for them. I already want to use them for when I have my next project done and I cannot stress enough that you not want to us any other business after a Rainier Experience because it will feel underwhelming even when it’s good. You want a business that respects you, your time, home and has pride in their work? Rainier is that.

While we my wife and I haven't previously worked with a ton of contractors, we have had work done on houses before. This was by far, the best experience we have had. Between Tripp, Brad, and Matt, everything was communicated clearly and all work was done to the highest of standards and on time. We hired Rainier to renovate the downstairs of our house which required the removal of 2 load-bearing walls, our hardwood floors, and our entire kitchen. From the first meeting with Tripp, we could tell that Rainier was the company to go with. We spoke about the project and what I had in mind and Tripp pointed out potential issues and ways to alleviate them. Things got better as we progressed with them. The entire process moved smoothly even with us changing some details along the way. Brad was our day-to-day contact once the project was started and he communicated the entire time-table quickly and made sure everything was done on time and done well. Any small issues we identified were fixed by the next day (there were not many). They made recommendations to save us money and kept us up to date with any changes that were needed (again, not many at all). Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience!! We would definitely recommend them for any project and will hire them again when we decide to renovate our bathroom.

From the first meeting where we discussed ideas to the grand finale reveal everything happened just as promised. There was great communication regarding daily events. As much as possible Rainier stayed true to their proposed timeline. The subs they brought in for plumbing, painting, flooring and cabinetry were all very professional. Each group did an amazing job. they all cleaned up after themselves in addition to providing top quality workmanship.. In addition they were all kind to my very needy pup, Annie. Always a plus in my book. Every step of the way we were well informed about what to expect. We were fortunate that during the process we did not have any unexpected happenings that affected the time line or our budget. We actually made some additional changes during the process. Rainier never flinched, just worked it out perfectly. While it was long summer without floors, a kitchen or laundry room I would happily do it again. It took us several weeks to walk into our "new" house and recognize it as ours such was the transformation. Everyone who comes in and knew it before are impressed with the after, and rightly so. It is better than we expected. Can't wait to use them again for our next project.

These guys are the great! They come in do an honest estimate. Come back with your plans to review with you, and then get to work. They show up on time every day, they work hard, do beautiful work, pay attention to the details both major and minor and leave your project area clean and neat every day! These guys remodeled our kitchen, replaced all the windows of our home with better energy efficient ones, stayed within our budget and did a fantastic job! They are professional craftsmen along with being very polite! We are so pleased with how it turned out and 3 years later it still looks brand new!

Rainier inc does amazing work! They have rehabbed multiple houses for us and do exactly what they say they’re going to do

We hit the jackpot when we selected Rainier for our whole home remodel. Matt, Tripp and Brad were a pleasure to work with both professionally and personally. They were honest, efficient, knowledgeable, good communicators, and did great quality work. We trusted their expertise so much that they were able to do our remodel for us while we were out of the state. They took care of any issues as they arose, and selected a great set of subcontractors. It turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The tile work and stairs turned out gorgeous. The complex structural work included removing a wall and installing a steel beam, and it went extremely smoothly. They also saved us money by identifying work that was not needed, when they could have easily overcharged us. We are thrilled with the results and plan to use them in the future for other projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Matt and his team are very professional, prompt, flexible and friendly. I have really enjoyed working with them!! I suggest Rainier to anyone look for a contractor! A+++
