I hired Moda to professionally remove 2300 sq ft of concrete 4 inches thick for a parking lot and driveway. They arrived on time, and worked consistently until it was all removed. A total of 5 truckloads of cement. Minimal disturbance to the neighborhood too!

It was a great experience working with Moda Outdoor Living . Our bathrooms were the original bathrooms from when the house was built. The master bathroom needed a full remodel - changing the layout to reorganize the space and install new features. The next needed significant structural and cosmetic upgrades, which included tiling all surfaces and adding new modern features. After finalizing on the designs, permits and getting the materials, they started on the project; everything went well. The remodel was completed as planned and as per the schedule. Their services are much appreciated, and we will work with them for the next kitchen remodel project.
