We had a wonderful experience with Rick Harter from Modern Kitchens. From the total redesign of our ancient kitchen, choosing cabinets and all the other little details that goes with a total remodel he was spot on. Rick was very hands on throughout the project and was always quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Modern Kitchen for any project.

Tracey Shults from Modern Kitchens in Syracuse New York was our bathroom and kitchen designer for our newly built house. We actually have two kitchens. Tracey was such a professional and gifted designer. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the whole project turned out. We highly recommend him. We have had so many compliments. Tom Halloran is a true Professional and very knowledgeable about all the products available at MKS of Buffalo, NY. As a result of Tom’s design experience and valuable listening skills, he created a kitchen with designated work areas that maximize function and storage needs in a compact area. With his guidance we chose Mouser Cabinetry for our kitchen and Master Bathroom. Kitchen appliances are a large part of kitchen design and Tom was instrumental with our decision to select Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove to complete our kitchen design. Tom does not stop there. He is an excellent cook with hands on experience using these appliances and he shares this expertise with his clients. Tom Halloran was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas and was able to come up with some unique ideas that we never thought of in order to give us a kitchen that we love. Tom is knowledgeable about all of the products that he sells and is VERY detail oriented and meticulous with his measurements and communication with my contractor. He was even able to create our unique six sided island to maximize space and seating in my smaller kitchen. Tom worked well with my contractor midway through the project when the shoe moulding had to be traded out for a larger size. After the project was completed Tom continued to answer my numerous questions whether it be how to utilize my appliances to their fullest or what type of cleaning products to use. I have and will continue to recommend Tom Halloran at MKS.

I knew I wanted wolf product before I went to MKS, but after meeting with Tom Halloran I had a whole new love of Wolf products. Tom's knowledge of all the Wolf products was huge! He not only knew how they worked but had experience cooking, baking, steaming, dehydrating and more. Tom uses all the products and is able to first hand explain how they work and why they are the best on the Market. Tom's knowledge and expertise were beyond reproach. It was Tom's ability to explain all to me that was even more amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel that I was important. I could feel by Tom's knowledge that he truly loved all the products he sells. Tom even came to our home after installation and reviewed all again. MKS is lucky to have him working for them.

Modern Kitchens was recommended by our designer. My wife and I went with the designer to look at what was available. Worked with Kevin Thompson, and came up with a very good kitchen design. Kevin worked closeley with us throughout the process. We had many options and designs to choose from. Kevin was also helped with guiding us on items not available thru Modern Kitchens. After delivery and installation of the cabinetry, was pleased that every piece fit into place just as planned. The cabinets exceeded our expectations, as well as the the efforts of Kevin and Modern Kitchens. If I were to start another project, I would head straight for Modern Kitchens. The experience we had was wounderful.

Commented: What are the countertopsThe counter tops are Quartz. The island and bar are Caesarstone Statuario Maximus and the main tops are Zodiaq Snow White. I believe they are 1 1/4 thick.
