Previously I gave this company 5 stars, and in regard to the quality of work and attention to detail, as well as the professionalism and talent of the crew, I stand by that review; however, it seems management is not inclined to take accountability and address concerns once the job has been completed and the crew is no longer on premises. We appreciated the service provided in a 2019 remodel so much that we had them back in 2022 for another renovation project. This project actually expanded to double the original work and financial commitment because we wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to have additional work completed. The crew on site was incredible to work with, and the foreman should have been the project manager as he seemed to perform the role of both positions. In fact, we barely had any contact at all with the assigned project manager. As the job was coming to a close, there were some discrepancies with being charged twice for the same service. There were multiple excuses offered and attempts to shift the blame as we discussed the issue. This issue was eventually resolved, although not completely to our satisfaction. . However, since that time, we have discovered a design error that is actually increasing power usage and increasing our monthly power bill. Thus far, our concerns and request for this error to be corrected has been ignored.

Highly recommend this group! Luba, Omer, and the crews were professional and dedicated! They made our visions for our recently purchased townhouse even more amazing than we envisioned! One of my colleagues recommended Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions, from the minute I spoke to Omer he guided me through the process and was realistic with setting expectations (pricing, etc.). Our situation was extra unique in that we are a foreign service family and purchased our house in VA while living abroad. It was also our first time dealing with home renovations and all of the renovations (6 projects-kitchen, master bath/closet, flooring, powder rooms) were done while we were abroad. We placed our trust in Luba and team, they DID NOT disappoint. They kept us up to date with progress-FaceTime, texts, videos, even when they were some challenges (not related to the renovations) they kept us informed. We are so happy with all of their work and are happy to finally settle in! A million thank yous to Luba!

It was a pleasure working with the entire team from Modern Kitchen & Home Solutions for the remodeling of our master bathroom. The customer service provided by Luba was top notch -- from the showroom meeting through the design and to the project completion. Hugo’s work on the bathroom was outstanding and we were very pleased with the time and effort he put into ensuring that the bathroom design and the materials used were exactly what we wanted. Their willingness to work a schedule that matched ours was very much appreciated and even those “last minute changes” we wanted were accommodated by the staff and appreciated by us. The impact on our household and our schedule was minimized by the quality of work (including daily clean-up) shown by the workmen, and the follow up to ensure we were satisfied with all aspects of the work was excellent. For example, after the final check had been paid and after taking the first shower in our new bathroom, we noticed that the water from the shower was not ‘extra’ hot. Hugo returned to our home the next morning and changed the setting on the newly installed faucet to a more preferred temperature. We happily recommend Modern Kitchen & Home Solutions to anyone who asks us about bathroom remodeling. The cost was reasonable, as was the timeframe for completion of the work. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

Had my 2.5 bathrooms remodeled with Modern Kitchen And Home Solutions - relatively straightforward project, and Luba was very patient with me selecting materials, colors, and scheduling all the necessary appointments. The project took around the estimated timeframe, and they were responsive in correcting some issues along the way that needed to be addressed. Overall a good experience and recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and straightforward remodeling experience!

I had pleasure working with modern kitchen and home solutions. We started with request for the estimate, gentlemen Hasan (designer) came exactly on schedule, finish his measurements quick and next day we received our quote for kitchen. We loved the price, honestly he gives me the best price, I had few estimetes before and all of the company's try to rip me of. My husband contact modern kitchen and we came to their beautiful showroom, where designer and his assistant help us with choosing and matching items for our future project. we sign the contract and in two weeks crew came, cover all my furniture and start the demolition. I was afraid that all this process will be messy but guys were very clean and professional. My gorgeous kitchen is done in time, my next goal is two bathrooms and I definitely know who to contact.

I hired Modern Kitchen & Home Solutions for a complete kitchen remodel. The project was started and finished on time and within the budget. They replaced our old kitchen cabinetry, installed new granite countertops and appliances (sink, refrigerator...) and installed a new flooring. They cleaned up after themselves and kept us informed about the project's progress. The kitchen turned out beautifully and I wish we have something else to remodel. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We were very disappointed with the work they did on our kitchen remodel. The project was supposed to go 2-3 weeks but went 6 weeks instead(and the final product had many errors that weren't completed). The co-owners of the company, Hasan Hiraoglu and Ahmet Yildiz, did a poor job of planning and estimating effectively. I had to constantly ask questions for project items to be completed and serve as the project manager. It was not an enjoyable experience dealing with their poor customer service and lack of initiative. Most days their project team either didn't come over despite promising to, or they came after normal working hours because they had moved on to another project. We have time-stamps from our home's security system that shows entry/exit from our house. Many days they just never showed up. The days they did come over, they'd often come over from 10am-2pm at best. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
