We’ve had the privilege of providing cabinets for Modern Kraft Construction and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a simple bathroom remodel, complete home makeover or anything in between! Justin is a very hands-on contractor and great communicator. He is skilled in design and offers a high level of service for his clients. We always enjoy working on Modern Kraft’s projects because we know Justin and his team stand behind their work and never fall short of creating a beautiful product.

After purchasing an old fixer upper on the lake, my husband and I were looking for a contractor to complete a large renovation for us. We met with several local companies and decided to go with Modern Kraft Construction. They returned phone calls, kept their timelines, and made us feel confident they were up to the task. The owners Justin and Luke did a fantastic job and were a huge help with design. Their quality and craftmanship went beyond what we expected. With it being an older home, they ran into several snags along the way, but had solutions to keep the design and timelines on track. With Several trades involved in the overall construction, MK made sure the work was coordinated to keep things moving ahead. My family lived upstairs during the construction process, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, especially with a dog and baby! But they were very clean and always made sure we had access to things we needed. We had great communication during this process and always knew what our next step was going to be. The whole experience has been positive and I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Modern Kraft for giving us our dream home and making this process painless.

Modern Kraft was wonderful to work with. Our older home needed some updating. We wanted to preserve the integrity of of the mid-century design, but we needed to make things a bit more functional. Justin was willing to embrace that concept and he came up with some very unique ideas to make the kitchen and bathroom improvements blend in. The M K crew were very skilled and we are extremely pleased with their work. I am a detail person and Justin came up with ideas I hadn't even thought of. They were prompt and they took great care to keep the area clean. We had several other contractors look at our projects. They didn't even want to give us a bid, because we weren't wanting to just gut the rooms and start over. Justin looked at the projects as a challenge and his crew far exceeded expectations. His bid was also reasonable. They were great to work with and we highly recommend them.

Modern Kraft construction and Renovation provides excellent communication with an end product design which considers the wants, needs and price point the client desires. They did a bath, laundry, bedroom renovation for me last winter of which I have received many compliments. They communicate well with the client keeping the project moving along and staying on time tables projected. I would highly recommend this company for any of your new or renovating projects.
