Aggie completely transformed what was once a dark, dreary, unfinished storage area into the most beautiful, bright, and open office space I could have imagined. From our very first meeting, Aggie looked at the space and immediately had a clear vision for its potential. What impressed me most was the sheer scope of what she took on: removing a wall, merging three rooms into one cohesive space, sourcing and coordinating all vendors — a plumber for the water heater, a painter, concrete specialist, and electrician — and personally quality-checking every aspect of their work. This wasn't just interior design; it was a full project management feat. Aggie also handled all the details I never would have thought of — selecting the carpet and wall paneling, securing a discount on the paneling that she passed directly to us, designing a thoughtful lighting plan, and coming up with the brilliant idea of adding glass to the door to flood the space with natural light. The result is nothing short of stunning. And she did all of this in approximately ONE MONTH to accommodate our unexpected office relocation. The speed, quality, and professionalism were exceptional. We started working with Aggie in 2021 on a 3 year home remodel that included five bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the very beginning, Aggie impressed us with her professionalism, creativity, and deep understanding of both design and construction. She wasn’t just focused on aesthetics—she knew exactly what it would take to achieve the look we wanted from a build-out perspective as well. Throughout the entire process, Aggie was hands-on and detail-oriented. She provided us with Photoshop mockups to help us visualize the design concepts, which made a huge difference in our decision-making. She also brought stone, backsplash, and paint samples to the house, making the selection process smooth and efficient. In the final phase, she guided us through the interior design of each room, making the entire experience truly turnkey. Her eye for detail and ability to transform empty rooms into beautiful, functional spaces was nothing short of amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Aggie to anyone looking for a designer who brings both vision and execution to the table.

I was fortunate enough to meet Aggie and have her remodeled our kitchen and house and we LOVE the results and working with Aggie. I usually have a very strong opinion on things and I appreciate so much Aggie insistance on areas that she knew would be better and would make more sense for daily use of the space. Thanks to Aggie, the functionality and the flow of the kitchen is much better now- as a fun fact, she literally had to force me to : -Add the extra sink and the range hood over the cooktop ( instead of the MW). I had the pleasure of working with Aggie Kiss, the lead interior designer at Modiano Design, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Aggie completely transformed one of my bathrooms, taking it from a basic, outdated space to a modern, functional oasis. She redesigned the entire floor plan, removing the old tub and replacing it with a larger, more luxurious shower that included a comfortable bench. Her changes didn’t just improve functionality—they also created a stunning art focal point that one sees immediately upon entering the room, adding a dramatic and elegant touch. This change allowed for the addition of a much-needed towel closet in the bathroom. Aggie’s attention to detail was incredible—she even added a display niche in the hallway for extra flair, allowing me a space for my travel memorabilia. She was very involved in the process, going with me to select the perfect tiles, coordinating patterns and colors that reflected my taste. She also helped choose all the bathroom accessories, fixtures, and beautiful sconces, ensuring every detail was cohesive and elevated. On top of that, Aggie helped me choose paint colors throughout my home, and she designed the interior layout of my closets, coming up with the brilliant idea of creating a closet devoted entirely to my shoes. This personalized touch was exactly what I needed for better organization and added a stylish, functional element to my home. Aggie listened to all of my preferences and made thoughtful suggestions for upgrades that I hadn’t even considered, which greatly enhanced the final design. Before any work was done, she provided 3-D visual drawings that made the design come alive, making it so much easier to visualize how everything would look in real life. She also took care of the electrical and plumbing plans for the contractor, ensuring that everything would run smoothly. What really stood out was that she gave me multiple layout options to choose from, so I felt in control of the final decisions every step of the way. She also worked on my powder room, making some brilliant suggestions that gave the small space real spark. Her creativity didn’t stop there—she took all the artwork and family pictures from throughout my home and created a breathtaking gallery wall that truly ties the space together. She also curated other picture arrangements in different rooms, and each one adds a unique and personal touch to the decor. Throughout the entire process, Aggie was always available for consultation and suggestions. She was extremely responsive and patient, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Her husband, who is a skilled carpenter, also helped to hang all the artwork, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Working with Aggie was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend her enough!
