A Moore Designs home may cost more than others in the area but you get an excellently built house. If you could see the quality of the framing inside the walls you'd be impressed. The Moores are detail oriented, use the best products and techniques and take pride in each house they build. Then once the job is complete, they stand behind It. We are very pleased with our building experience!

Unlike most people, we had no idea what we wanted when we went to Moore Designs to design and build our new home. We had lost our old home to a fire. They took us through the whole process, from looking at our property (and demolition), to planning the home with their architect, though all the product selections, and then through the whole construction process. They were amazing and made the whole project exciting. Everything was done with unbelievable care and quality. And we love our new home!

We researched a few local builders as our plan was to build a sport-court/rec-area within our home that required detailed construction beneath the floor and sub-floor level, (20 foot ceilings). Dave and Lisa Moore have extensive building and design experience and were able to share multiple examples of gym/basketball courts they have designed for other customers. In addition, we still wanted our home to stay close to a moderate budget, be spacious, yet have an overall modest/ranch feel.(We call it a "3-story ranch") They accomplished all the above and more. They are meticulous and detailed oriented with strong working relationships with other local/Milwaukee businesses. Their architect works with clients closely and makes adjustments according to the clients' needs. Their expediters and other staff members are incredibly organized and professional. They stayed true to their time-table and our budget and we moved into our new home according to the date set on our initial contract, less than 1 year from the start of construction. Lisa and Dave Moore are great people, they work as a team and care deeply about the quality of their work. We are highly satisfied with the outcome and would recommend the Moore's without hesitation.

We are in the process of building a large, extremely detailed custom home. We were lucky enough to find the right builder, Moore Designs, Inc. (Dave and Lisa Moore). They are amazing to work with and have not missed one detail in our home. As well, their foreman on the job is equally as detailed and they have all been a real pleasure to work with over the last couple of years during the building process. And i can also say the same about the sub-contractors they have hired. They even question if something doesn't look right (down to the grout color) and speak up before moving ahead. We couldn't ask for better people to work with. I guarantee that you won't regret hiring them for your home construction project because there is no one else better at what they do!

Moore Designs deserves a ten star rating in our book!!!!! We are building our third home with them. Building with Moore Designs is a pleasure. They take care of everything! They are attune to every detail. From the home's footings to the inside decor, no stone is left unturned to build a quality home exactly to the clients wishes. All their subcontractors are top notch professionals. Lisa Moore is very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding clients with color and other design selections. David Moore and Lisa, their entire in-house staff, and, all their tradesmen, are amiable persons with great communication skills and work ethics. Documents are generated for all aspects of the project from bidding amounts to a step by step outline of what choices the clients need to make in a timely fashion - i.e. flooring, plumbing. You couldn't find a better contractor to work with to build your home!

I hired Moore Design to help design and build our home on Big Cedar Lake. We worked with Lisa Moore and Dave Moore on the initial design. We had already had architectural drawings by another firm, and Moore Design help change the design to make a better home. Moore Construction then constructed the home. We worked with many of the employees of the firm while in the construction phase and found them to be diligent, professional and knowledgeable of their respective duties and tasks. The whole process - design through occupancy - was well run by the Moore's. Any problems were resolved quickly and within budget. Dave & Lisa have many years of experience which was evident in the design and construction process. Their suggestions were always the best. If we were to do this again, Dave & Lisa would be the ones to do it.

Moore designs built my home 5 yrs ago . The commitment to quailty and to my project was outstanding! Lisa and Dave left no stone unturned (pardon the pun) and absolutely exceeded my expectations both in design and craftsmanship! Five years later I know I can call Dave or Lisa and get the kind of service most other companies only talk about. I cannot wait to build again with MDI.

Moore Designs Inc. truly is just that: MORE!!! They delivered Moore than we expected, which was/is a very high bar. Having been an interior designer for 16 years and having the experience of working with numerous builders and remodelers, I can sincerely state that their product (our gorgeous home) and their service is second to none. If in doubt about the 100% accuracy of this statement, just contact a few of their clients or ALL of their clients. We've not yet run into any client of theirs who doesn't share this same opinion. Lastly, we've been in our home for almost 7 years now and it remains as perfect as day one. When minor issues or questions arise, Dave or Lisa respond to our call within hours. Who else would provide this kind of service for a 7 year old home?

Moore Designs built a custom lake house for us in 2010-2011. Dave Moore was very knowledgable about building regulations on lakes & was able to provide all that we wanted in a house. He was accessible at all times & able to quickly solve any problems that arose (which were very few). His staff was very professional & adept at their various jobs, & the house was built in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful home and recommend Moore Designs without hesitation.
