I returned to Morehouse after purchasing a Speed Queen washer a couple of years ago. We needed a new stove this time. Chris was very helpful, friendly, knew his products and their features, explaining details to me. Hayden was very helpful, when I went back to order. Chris stayed in touch with delivery date and time The delivery crew was very efficient, on time , (actually early)also explaining the details of the stove. I highly recommend Morehouse. It is very important to patronize our small businesses in our area!

Had a great experience at Morehouse shopping for a refrigerator and stove/hood, Hayden spent hours with us, was very patient and helpful . He researched appliances that would fit our space. Chris came to the house to determine if everything would fit. Joe and Aiden installed the appliances perfectly. They were timely, professional and friendly. Very careful with the appliances. We had a concern about the freezer temp. Chris arranged for Adam to stop by. He was helpful and informative. Determined that things were fine. I highly recommend Morehouse. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Andrew, Tony (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Chris (Sensitive Information Hidden) made my daunting hunt and determination happen without added expense. Who knew my search for a white kitchen range would be so difficult? When the oven in my 20+ year old range broke two days before Christmas, the hunt began. While I didn’t get a new stove before Christmas, the end result was phenomenal. After checking in or talking with all the big box stores in 3 counties, I took a chance only a half hour before closing time at Morehouse Appliance in New Hartford and couldn’t be more satisfied with my new kitchen range. Purchased at no added expense for white (who knew?!). I can’t say enough good about this appliance store. They had the answer to every question I asked and made my (stubbornly only option) white come true. Thank you most sincerely gentlemen for a job well done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience was terrible. The broiler on the Whirlpool stove I paid over 700 dollars for still does not work. Moorehouse threw me under the bus and refuses to stand behind their product. In addition, I have been subjected to rude comments, indications that I lie, and assertions that the broiler does work from the owner even though he has not seen it.

I just received my Speed Queen washer today. The installers were right on time. Took out the old machine installed the new one ...1...2....3! I am very pleased with the service. Would recommend Morehouse to all my friends n family.

I absolutely LOVE my new GE slide in Radiant Range and GE microwave oven! I got then in the stainless steel finish and they look great! Dave was very knowledgeable in the showroom and so easy to work with. He has experience in the kitchen and was able to weigh the pros and cons of various features. This was so refreshing! The guys who came to install them were right on time, and took great care to protect my floors. They were polite and fished the work quickly. I am very pleased with my Moorehouse experience.

Great selection of gas stoves and competitive pricing. My salesperson, Chris was very polite and knowledgeable. The delivery and installation men were courteous and professional. A+ --Fantastic!

I just bought a Speed Queen top load washer from these folks. Delivered as scheduled by the 2 best delivery/installers I have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. I'll definitely shop with Morehouse again!

Dan Morehouse gave me exactly the kind of start to finish careful service that only an individual-owned business can provide. He and his employees knew the answers to my questions before I asked them. And his delivery team was competent, courteous, and on time. I will not buy appliances anywhere else.

Great products for great prices. Explained what i wanted and in 15 minutes or less had a refrigerator assigned a delivery. Have purchased a number of appliances from Morehouse and have had great experiences with them. Delivery guys are terrific as well, polite and professional,

I purchased a GE profile range (a scratch and dent special) for my newly remodeled kitchen. The flaw is not even visible, it was just a foot that needed straightening. I was treated very well by Chris who held the item a month for me to be ready for the install. The installers were very capable and friendly. They gave me a chance to speak a little of the Russian I remembered.!
