Overall Experience: Morey Remodeling Group was highly recommended, and our good friends were not wrong at all. From our first meeting to the final walk through, the entire experience and process was seamless. Staff Experience: The President of Morey Remodeling Group came to our home and listened to what we wanted to do to upgrade our kitchen. After the initial conversation, further communications began, timelines and costs were established and shared between us and Morey Remodeling Group. Both timelines and costs were met. We also had the pleasure of working with their Design Consultant, Front Office, as well as the Bookkeeper who kept invoices and payment receipts accordingly. We got to know, albeit a short time their Laborers who always added levity in their work. Thank you all. We highly recommend Morey Remodeling Group.

I first contacted Morey Remodeling Group in April 2022. I met with Ben and Evan Morey about remodeling my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I worked with Takako in the planning and design phases which were invaluable. As they say “measure twice, cut once.” The project was phased which made everything a lot less stressful for me. Along the way, we enlarged the master bathroom and created a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The hardwood floors (in this 80 year old house) were refinished and came out so beautifully. At the last minute I asked if built in bookcases were possible on each side of the fireplace. Albert and crew created beautiful bookcases even including crown molding to complement the living room. Everyone who worked on my project were easy to communicate with and dedicated to doing a great job. In the Fall of 2024, I noticed the floor tiles in the kitchen. I contacted Morey. They learned that there was a recall for the tiles that happened after the installation. Albert took care of everything. New flooring was installed. In January I contacted Albert about replacing my backyard fence. Albert got this scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the fence replacement. It has been a pleasure to work with the Morey team Albert, Evan, Takako, David, Carol and April. I highly recommend Morey Remodeling Group.

We have used Morey Remodeling Group for several projects over the last 34 years, which included renovated kitchen, patio addition, renovated bathrooms, adding a bathroom, new driveway, new windows, new flooring, updated fireplace, new stair railing, bedroom extension and adding a front porch which resulted in changing the roof line of the house. Our most recent major project was when we had water damage in our home. We automatically reached out to Morey Remodeling Group. Since we were getting new floors, we decided to update the kitchen, the stair railing and the fireplace. As with all the work done for us by Morey, at the end of the project, we were completely happy with the overall quality and finished project. Communication is key and working with Morey the channels of communication were always open and were a two-way street. It has been a wonderful experience working with the entire Morey team, not just the tradesmen working in our home, but the Design team and the office staff as well. Over the years there have been changes in staff, but the work ethic has not changed. The team members are approachable, honest, responsible, trustworthy and very professional. The workmanship and craftmanship is always outstanding. When you contract with Morey Remodeling Group, you become a part of their family. They don’t desert you because the job is completed, they can be trusted to take care of any problems that may arise afterwards. I had damage to one of my kitchen cabinet drawers, when Albert brought the damage to my attention, he was also offering a solution. Although the kitchen work was completed a few years ago, I incurred no cost since the warranty was still in effect. With Morey, customer service is very important. Through the years, I have recommended Morey Remodeling Group to family and friends and will definitely continue to do so.

Morey remodeled our 1960’s kitchen into a modern chef’s kitchen. They listened to all our kitchen dreams and delivered on everything. They kept the site clean and kept us updated on progress along the way. They came in on budget with no surprises. Morey is a company that treats you like family and even returns your calls after the last check has cleared to make sure you are happy with everything.

Two newly designed bathrooms, both truly lovely, done with professionalism, loads of communication, and a timely finish-despite Covid. The project manager, Albert, was the star of the team.

Morey Remodeling Group lived up to the glowing recommendations I had heard and I couldn't be happier. Ben's initial visit came shortly after my first phone call, and he made a follow-up visit when the parameters of our project changed. He also remained patient as I took time to consider, and reconsider, every design element of the project. The entire staff associated with our project was helpful and professional. Takako made wonderful design suggestions, the quality of the site workmanship was first rate, and the project management, from construction to accounting, was dependable and reliable. There were no unfortunate surprises at the end; the costs were exactly what we expected them to be. I am very pleased with the outcome of our renovation...the room is beautiful...and I look forward to our next project with Morey Remodeling Group.

Even though the city was extremely difficult and inefficient when trying to get the paperwork approved, Morey Remodeling did everything in their power to keep me updated and get the permits approved as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure that we stayed close to the schedule as possible. Even with the delays that were beyond their control we were able to finish on time and on budget. I would definitely use Morey again for our next project!

I did a lot of research looking for the perfect contractor to help me remodel my house. My first meeting with Ben and Evan, I was nervous and not sure what I was getting into. They spent a lot of time listening to my needs and walking me through the process and also paying very much attention to my dog, Bucky (they scored points with that)! After the meeting was over, I knew they would be the ones to help me with my remodeling project. Based on a friend’s recommendation, we hired Ben Morey to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms. The project was completed on schedule and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the work from the initial consultation to final touch-ups. The design is artistic and the workmanship is excellent. From the beginning, we were given the phone, text and email contact info for all staff and advised to contact them at any time with questions or requests. We greatly appreciated their quick replies and extra home visits, as warranted. Without hesitation we will use Ben Morey again for future remodeling projects.

Everyone at Morey Remodeling was so professional and kind. Their customer service was top-notch. They exceeded our expectations with designs and ideas. They took our ideas and showed us a even better vision than we had for our kitchen. We were blown away by even the preliminary drawings. Ben Morey and his construction team did a great job remodeling our kitchen and bath last year. Great planning and attention to detail made all the difference in achieving the look we wanted. It took a little longer than expected, and there were some glitches along the way (as there always are when remodeling an old house), but Ben’s team always took the utmost care to make it right and to make sure we were completely happy. Ben and his staff were friendly and professional and a delight to work with. One thing that stood out with this group, compared to all the other contractors we’ve worked with, was their cleanliness and ability to keep all the debris and most of the dust contained within the construction area. In addition, they made sure our pets were safe and unable to either get into the construction zone or out of the house. They even built an enclosure in our back yard to keep our tortoise from escaping when they went in and out the back gate! I would not hesitate to recommend them for the high quality of their finished projects, and I will most likely be calling them back for the next project we plan for our home.

My wife and I did a major remodel to our home and could not be happier with the workmanship provided my Morey Remodeling group. The workmanship is great and the attitude of the crews made it a pleasure to deal with. The project came in on time and on budget. I can not say this about other contractors we have used in the past. Morey did a complete bathroom design, tear down and construction for me The design team was especially good to work with and was responsive to my needs the work was beautiful and came it on time. I was able to leave the country on vacation for three weeks during construction with no problems and no phone calls!!

The team at Morey Construction is the BEST. From the designers at the beginning of our project to the finish carpenters at the end they were so great to work with. They rebuilt a house for us in spring of 2009 that had been a rental at the beach for many years. It needed extensive work. The walls were opened, insulated, and new wallboard installed throughout the 1600 sq ft two story house. The kitchen was completely remodeled as were the two baths. Closets were added throughout for more storage. Electrical and plumbing were upgraded. Worn out central heat was replaced and central A/C added. The floors were replaced with 6" scraped hardwood upstairs and porcelain tile downstairs and in the two baths. Baths got new tubs, toilets, and sinks. All interior and exterior doors were replaced. We could go on, but you should get the scope of the project by now. We've spent 3.5 trouble free years in the house. Morey Construction's motto: "Your Contractor for Life" is so true. We will use them again. If you are looking for a contractor that knows how to work with City Planning/Permit personnel, show up on time, work a full day every day, finish ahead of schedule, and stay on and under budget, Morey Construction is it!

Ben provided a detail estimate and explained everything upfront. His foreman was also very good and consientious. His backoffice provided great email status as we managed the remodel from a distance. He has a good sense for space design for the handicap/elderly. As with every construction project, there is bound to be issues and when issues arise, Ben's team address them to our satisfaction. In fact, over a year later, one of the faucet had issues and we inquired about the model so we can fix it ourselves. Not only did Ben provided the model, he ordered it, brought it to the house and fixed it himself at no charge. He went above and beyond call of duty for sure. The cost of the work was a bit of a stretch for us but the peace of mind Ben's team provided throughout the work process was worth it for us.
