Our professional process begins at the initial contact, and follows through with our written contracts, avoiding you the customer to experience unnecessary surprises and or delays. We will do all the necessary follow through to ensure that your requirements are met. We will research and obtain any and all necessary permits that may be required before proceeding with your project. If your building is a historical building, we will converse with city architectures and civil engineering, to ensure that we stay within the city code. We have qualified building managers on each project to ensure that supervision is given. Our achievement is based on your approval. Our goal is to build a relationship with you, our customer., in establishing both trust and commitment.

The crew worked cleanly, fixed everything we talked about. They came when they were scheduled. They communicated with any changes needed and were open to suggestions. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Hi I am a retired Chief Engineer of a skyscraper I have been overseeing many of demolitions and complete renovations of many well known company's like Bank of America Lehman Brothers, Z100 radio station and numerous other company's the list is too extensive to image. But I would like to say is that my experience with Morgan Contractors have been a very pleasant experience. My parents used Morgan Contractors and loved their work, so when it was time for us to do a small upgrade to our kitchen and powder room, I knew exactly who to call. Even in a pandemic, Morgan Contractors were able to put together a great team to install white subway backsplash in our kitchen, tile our powder room, and replace the existing toilet. They were extremely fast and timely. They also were very fairly priced. We are very pleased with their work.

This is the first time I used Morgan Contractors for some work in my home. The team of professionals showed up in masks and on time. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after each day they were here. When an issue arose the team knew how to fix it, explained what the issue was, what was needed to fix and Antoine went over the change order with me in detail. I appreciated the explanation and the details and the extra charge was minimal and reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work and will be using them again when I start my bathroom renovation next year. I would recommend giving Antoine a call for a quote.

This was a our second time using Morgan Contractors. The first time we used them was to remodel our basement. They are one of the best contractors. Our primary contact was Antoine. Antoine is friendly, prompt, and on top of all of his jobs. While this was a minor job, we were given first class service. Antoine answered every question promptly; started and completed the job on time; and the price was reasonable. We will use Morgan Contractors again. We highly recommend them.

Morgan Contractors built our new kitchen exactly as we wanted it. The Morgan employees were very professional, thorough, great craftsmen and builders. The 450 square foot kitchen was demolished down to the studs and rebuilt to perfection. If ever anything was not perfect, it was corrected until it became perfect. The 1904 home brought some inevitable surprises which delayed the job, but nothing they couldn't handle. Everything took longer than expected, but demo, cabinet installation, floor, tile work, trim work, window/door installs were all done to our satisfaction, sometimes surpassing our expectations. The team was friendly, neat, respectful and professional. Any issues that came up were addressed, they are concerned about keeping their customer (us) happy.
