Hi I am writing this review in regards to the amazing art work produced by Mosaics Lab! This was the third piece we contracted Chad to have produced for us! Once again I was left breathless. The piece was practically a mirror image photo of what we wanted. It is absolute perfection! The care and individual attention Chad provides would make you believe you are his only client, constant updates, progress reports and photos every step of the way. This company is the epitome of consummate professional’s! I highly recommend using this company if true artwork is what you are looking for. From the day they are contracted to shipping the piece even until it’s installed! Chad is there every step of the way guiding and advising you through the whole process! Thank you Chad and the team at Mosaic labs! BRAVO!!

What a team and product I stumbled upon on the internet! I was looking for a backsplash for a kitchen remodel that could tie in elements of the older home we purchased and 2 different types of granite slabs I was looking to have installed. I had no idea what a treasure I found! Chad, my company contact walked me through every step of the creation process. What started as a simple request to change a prefabricated backsplash color ended up in custom mosaic tiles designed by me embedded in my granite backsplash! The result was stunning and amazingly affordable! Chad was somehow able to expedite the tile delivery , from Turkey no less, through a DHL partial strike right before the holidays to meet a deadline created by the granite installation. Because I did not initially know of the possibilities with the Mosaic Lab company, my designing delayed what is otherwise a VERY quick process. When the installer was not able to find missing ‘extra tiles’ , Chad again went the additional mile to resend more pieces and walk me through the replacement process myself, down to sending Amazon links and aisle locations at my local hardware store for tools to complete the project if I did not have them on hand. It can be a bit daunting, buying things from a company on the internet that ‘promises’ so much. I am writing to tell you, it is not to good to be true! Thanks Chad and the Mosaic Lab team!

Great work and great service. Many updates during the construction of the medallion and very efficient time-line. I highly recommend the mosaics Lab.

We worked with Chad and he made this experience a 10/10. His communication was amazing and the Mosaic came even better then we could have imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a little bit of artistic uniqueness in their home. They keep you updated on the progress the entire time and their lead time is true to what they say.

I was lucky, when I wrote to Mosaics Lab for information, to be paired with Chad. This was the first time I had contacted the company. His answers were prompt and precise. Since I had not worked with him previously, he was extremely patient with my back/forth questions. Unfortunately, the job did not move forward with the mosaic in question...although, there will always be another opportunity and I look forward to working with Chad again.

Gorgeous border! Excellent customer service – especially under pressure! We wanted to add a mosaic border to our new outdoor patio. Chad was very helpful, sending us numerous tile color samples so we could try them on the patio and decide what colors we wanted. When the border arrived, we were delighted. It looked BETTER than we expected! After the mosaic was installed, we decided our new wall would look great with a trim that matched the mosaic pattern. However, the masons were coming to install the backsplash on the wall in two weeks. We needed the trim delivered ASAP. The trim arrived a bit early but there was a mistake in the measurement. Chad had them remake that section and RUSHED it to us, at their expense. Mosaics Lab does BEAUTIFUL work and the customer service they provide far exceeds anywhere else.

The mosaic came out fantastic- I can’t wait to get it installed. Equally important: the communication was exceptional - every step of the way I knew exactly where the process was and then my mosaic showed up before I even expected it. Great service, great product. Thank you so much!
