Marble of the World

New impressive showroom, new owner, but nothing has changed. I purchased marble for about $7K, which was delivered on time, but 19 pcs of 24” x 36” where chipped or otherwise damaged. Called the salesperson Katina who was in a sales conversation and who wanted to call me back. She did not call back. I called her again and she asked me to email it, gave me her email address, and she said she would come back to me immediately. Nobody came back to me. I sent two more emails and called her again. She said she did not get the emails, then she said she found it. She wanted to submit it to the manager right away since the marble installer wanted to stop installing, and she wanted to inform me right away. Guess what. I never heard back from her. The installer had to use the chipped material to finish, what is absolutely not professional. Avoid working with this kind of companies. They are not worth it to work with.

Super impressed by how The Stone Collection who recently acquired Marble Of The World helped resolved an issue I had with an order that was placed and received before their ownership. I ordered around 50k of marble for a personal home renovation and some of it came in polished instead of honed. The previous owner reneged on his offer to reimburse me the fees I paid to have it honed on site- I was out $6,300! Even though the new owners were under no obligation to pay for the old owner's mistake, The Stone Collection reimbursed me the money I paid to have a local company hone the marble. They said it was important to them that I was satisfied and they felt it was the right thing to do. I definitely will be doing business again with The Stone Collection now that I see how they handled this situation! I had originally flown to Ft Lauderdale from the DC area because they have a better selection of marble than we do here, and the prices are better, too. Worth a trip if you are doing a renovation and are buying a large amount or if you're super picky like me and want a large selection to choose from.

The showroom is impressive. Ray was very helpful and patient. He guided us during the whole shopping process and we are very happy with the results.

Shoped around for counter and backsplash slabs for a kitchen refacing project. Ray and Victor were extremely helpful and had tons of patience. Ray had the slabs move around a lot to select the right ones. The showroom is impressive and their prices are very reasonable. The showroom has a snack and coffee bar, toys for little ones and mini golf for the older alike. Will come back for the bathrooms renovation.

I purchased granite slabs for a kitchen remodel and it was spectacular. I also purchased porcelain tiles for a bathroom remodel. Quantity of tile had to be reduced so I was offered a refund. It took the company over two weeks to process the refund and the cashier in the regional office as rude and disrespectful. Beautiful products but horrible customer service.

Beautiful display of stones and great customer service. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Ray Rueda our sales rep is very knowledgeable about the products and it's evident he enjoys what he does. We bought slabs of marble for our kitchen counters and with Ray's help we walked out knowing we had made the right selection. Great experience, would highly recommend!

My husband and I went to Marble of the World to look for a counter top for two bathroom renovations at our home. We met with Ray Rueda. Ray spent a lot of time with us. He was extremely knowledgeable of the stones in stock at Marble of the World, he was patient with us as we were not exactly sure which stone we wanted to go with, and he worked with us for over two hours until we found exactly what we were looking for. He also recommended two fabricators for our Quartzite that we purchased and we used one of his recommendations and were extremely happy with them as well, Hudson from Casablanca Marble. I highly recommend going to Marble of the World to look for your stone!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Marble of the World, in particular with my sales rep Mark! Not only is the variety of material outstanding, but the quality is first class. It feels great as a design professional knowing that I can bring my clients to such a high class establishment to show them all the neatly kept materials in such a professional atmosphere. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure the experience is top notch for tradespeople and the public.

My staff and I typically work with Mark Bobrowsky and always have a very pleasant experience. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is great with the customers as well. The customer service in general is excellent and the showroom experience is highly geared towards the customer. They are definitely one of our top marble sources for all of our design specifications.
