What We Do Our signature offering is our full-service sales, project management, and white glove installation process that seamlessly takes your fireplace project from an idea on to a safe, beautiful, and high-performing finished hearth. Mountain Hearth & Patio and its service company, Mountain Man Fireplace & Chimney, is owned by Colorado native Jake Johnson, who has been serving the Foothills mountain communities and Denver Metro for over 20 years. Our in-house NFI- or CSIA-Certified technicians install, maintain, repair, and inspect wood, gas, and pellet fireplaces, inserts, and stoves, as well as chimneys. Services include regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, chimney sweeping, inspections, chimney caps, re-lining, masonry repairs, crown and chase cover replacement, flash sealing, dampers, and replacement of faulty parts and accessories. We also repair leaky chimneys, and service dryer vents.
