Michael Shilale has been an architect for over 25 years and LEED accredited since 2004. Michael Shilale Architects, LLP has successfully completed over 2000 projects since 1991. We have helped commercial, residential, educational, municipal and institutional clients, solve their building problems, protect their assets and investments, build under budget, and realize their vision. Michael has been a keynote speaker at various engineering, design and planning societies and teaches a Sustainable Design Class and Construction Technologies for Real Estate Professionals. He lectures often on designing more effective and higher performing indoor environments. His company, founded in 1991, is committed to protecting and preserving the environment through their design work, and has won many design awards. In 2011 the New York State Society of Professional Engineers recognized Michael as ‘Citizen of the Year’ for his design work and for advocating sustainable design.
