We used MSK & Sons to renovate our basement (the WM remodel in the photo albums) & can't recommend Mike/team highly enough. Mike really listened to us and what we wanted and has a great instinct for design and sourcing. We would describe a vision and he was right there with us, filling in the blanks and rounding everything out & we are thrilled with the results. Mike combines sourced materials with custom woodwork and spent so much time even getting all the stain colors exactly right on a variety of surfaces. Where needed, Mike brought in great specialty contractors (Shane for electrical, especially) and he was just so thoughtful with everything. Mike was very reasonable for cost and is flexible in approach. If we bought tile we liked or found fixtures, etc., he was happy to have us do that and take off his estimate - no insistence on sourcing everything or potentially overcharging on supplies - we've had that happen with contractors before & Mike is just not "that guy". Mike often even researched items for us to find the same or similar materials at a more affordable price, so we got the most for every dollar. Everything he did for us was on time, to specs and at or under budget. The best part and why you should consider Mike is that he is extremely honest and trustworthy, and the kind of person you don't think twice about having in your house even if you're not there - even to being willing to let the dog out! To give you an idea of personality, we often heard his team happily singing along to the radio or joking with each other as they were working - they really love what they do and love the people they work with. He treats your house and your family/pets like they are his own and his team are a delight to work with. He is a great contractor and a great all-around person. Choose Mike, you will be delighted you did.

Mike Kubrin and his team of highly talented professionals (John for plumbing, Shane for electricity, Tom for custom glass, Rodrigo for tile) are amazing! They are meticulous, responsive, perfectionists, and simply great guys! MSK did an incredible remodel of our master bathroom - creating a huge walk-in shower with two rainheads, 6 body jets, a hand-held shower, and a Steam system, a DTV system, new lighting, plus a "smart" toilet - and the tile work is to die for! We've hired many different contractors/professionals over these past 20 years and I can honestly say that NONE of them compared to Mike and MSK & Sons. We were looking for someone to gut and replace two bathrooms on our 2nd floor. We got 3 estimates before Mike came by to meet with us and I could tell as soon as we met him that he was honest. Anyone who has ever hired contractors before knows that many come with big promises and always fall short, but I just had a good feeling about Mike. His estimate was by far the most reasonable and his timeline for finishing the job was fantastic! We hired him and set the date to begin in October. He was very helpful when it came to suggestions about materials and possible designs for the bathrooms and we were very excited to see how things were going to go. Fast forward six weeks and two completed bathrooms later and we are beyond happy! Mike's craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to NONE and every day when we go into these bathrooms I still can't believe how well he captured exactly what my husband and I wanted. But I have to say, as much as I could go on and on about his impeccable construction and design, it's his professionalism that has me bragging about him and recommending him to everyone I know. Mike is the ONLY professional we have ever hired for a long-term job who actually started on the date he gave us, showed up every day, focused on our job, cleaned up every single day, and made good on his word 100% of the time. I've never heard of someone else in this business being as reliable and honest as Mike. If you are looking for the real deal, it's Mike and MSK &Sons. Our thirty-year old master bathroom needed a major renovation. His vision and design ideas really made a big improvement in our kitchen and living room. When the project was started my family and I were in Disney World for a week. Mike was trusted to perform his job while we were away on vacation and we didn't doubt him. It's been a year since the work was completed and still looks amazing.
