We had an outstanding experience with Landmark from beginning to end. Our sales manager was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect home plan for our family. The design gallery consultant was exceptional, guiding us through the selection process and offering great suggestions that fit our style, priorities, and budget. Throughout the build, the project manager kept us informed on the status of construction. We appreciated the homeowner orientation before settlement and the regular photo updates from our sales manager, which allowed us to follow the progress of our new home.

We purchased a landmark home and was never told we needed to have grinder pump to move sewage and water from the home, because they didn’t connect them directly to the sewer line. And the township agreed. We get charged the same tax rates but don’t have everything some of the other have. Since we moved in we called the pump company three times: 1. Replace breaker in box 2. Replace the pump 3. Replace reset in electrical box 4. We paid $900.00 today for repairs and warranty Their are other issues with the appliances we will contact them next week

This is my first personal new home. I have been in several others who have had custom homes built, and Landmarks quality and service terrible compared to what I have seen. If I was to do it all over again, I would not go with Landmark. It started with them painting our house the wrong color. Then, when the paint was fixed, they ruined the floors, covered lights, fixtures and switches in paint because they didn't cover anything. We had to fight with Landmark with 9 months before they would replace our ruined floors we paid to upgrade. On top of that, they decided not to do the drain basin correctly resulting in several homes having flooded basements in our neighborhood. They were made to fix the basin and had to dig up part of our yard. We were promised they would fix it, and after they finished Landmark (Eric Zielgar) denied that they would help at all. The build quality is very poor and the service is even worse. Look somewhere else before looking at Landmark.

The people at Landmark Homes were so easy to work with. They answered all our questions and the timeline they gave was speedy and accurate. The craftsmanship was top notch and they even came and worked on the weekends to make up for time delayed by weather!

The staff at Landmark were professional and extremely helpful. We were not pressured to make quick decisions and were actually encouraged to take our time throughout the process. As a result, Landmark built our beautiful home that met all of our expectations. The home was completed on time as originally estimated. We had our dream home built by Landmark Homes. The quality of the home is outstanding, the people at Landmark were very helpful. We were able to customize our home easily - Landmark took care of everything. The design process was great, and we were able to be very involved in the construction process. The only "negative" was that deadlines for drawing revisions were missed coming back to us for review which delayed the start of the project. Once construction started, our home was finished ahead of schedule!

A warm and friendly 'Sanda' answered the phone. I have dealt with this organization before, they are responsible and friendly (their agent and local realtor i worked with years ago when home shopping the region.) I have seen their web site, which includes some floor plans for several average to nicer planned communities. And is rather easily navigated and feels professional. We did choose other residence to purchase. But, during those meetings, they stated they typically require their builder (themsleves?) to be used. They stated they would not assist with my Maine project and left the impression (after checking) farther projects would not be attempted. Most business is this way. The reviews listed at 3.5 stars, i feel not fair based on my exposure with them, which is fair. They deserve more.

What's so impressive their homes are built by their own master craftsmen which makes the end product shine. Whether its the design center or the foremen the entire organizational skills makes the process of buying a new home a great experience. I own a Landmark home and the specifications they sell are very appealing. However I have built several new homes and this home has had the most issues and their service has been very poor to resolve the issues. I am still working through my list of issues that was made prior top closing. I have lived in the home for almost 2 years and I still have open issues with them.. I have many issues which do not meet building codes such as a dry duct which is not installed to code and when addressed with the service manager and I told him it was not secured as to the national building code and the vent tube was not connected to code where a male pipe end is inserted to a Female end in the direction of the blowing exhaust, he did not even want to discuss it and asked why I was even up in the crawl space looking at it.. This is just one of many issues with this home I have flooring issues where it was not installed correctly, heating and cooling issues, drywall and paint issues and after discussing with neighbors they have experienced the same poor service after the sale.. It has been a fight to get them to fix any thing...

From start to finish Landmark Homes has their building process highly organized and centered around each unique client . They are the only builder we worked with that allowed us to make the changes we needed to make our house a home and to add the character that we desired and found lacking when searching for a builder.
