We enlisted the help of Natalie when we began renovating our home as we had a completely blank canvas and not a clue where to start. Natalie helped us with picking colour/paint schemes to start with and then provided us with lots of options for furnishing and decorating our open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. We didn't know what we wanted or really any vision, so found her help invaluable. She was on hand to help us pick our sofa and any other items we wished to buy and also answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently. Thank you for helping us make our home into a place we can enjoy :)

I used the express design package for 3 rooms and was delighted with the results. Communication was excellent and Natalie and Jenna understood my style and wishes perfectly. The advice and mood boards enhanced my ideas in ways I’d never have thought of. I felt the results were still my personal expression but so much better! Worth every penny for the style and comfort. I also loved that my existing furniture was taken account of so I had more budget to make changes where needed, not just for the sake of it. Results were well under my initial budget but look like a million dollars. Thank you!

We bought our parents house which hadn't had much TLC over the years and wanted to update the decor to make it feel more modern and spacious. We met with Natalie to talk through what ideas we had and straightaway she blew us away with understanding what was achievable and how best to get the look. All paint colours, flooring and fixtures and fittings were chosen and all I can say now is we have a brand new unrecognisable downstairs which we love. My husband and I wanted to decorate 3 bedrooms in our house – but as it was our first attempt we really didn’t know where to start! We loved Jenna and Natalie’s designs, especially the colours and features tailored to my sons’ interests, such as dinosaur posters and cushions with sports motifs on. They also understood our need to maximise the storage space in the 2 small rooms. They were positive and responsive when we asked to tweak a few things – and explained the whole design and decoration process clearly and patiently to us. Using their contacts for fitted wardrobes, carpets, painting, and electrical work has saved us time and energy. Just before Christmas 2 years ago we were preparing to move into our new house. It had been completely remodeled and needed walls painting, tiles, curtains and blinds. I felt overwhelmed. I rang Natalie for help. She was totally amazing, coming up with ideas for everything including coming with me to tile shops. We have worked with Natalie for our family home on two occasions. She offers client-focused interior design, taking into consideration how the space will be used by our family and our own personal style. She took inspiration from our artwork we collected over years of living abroad to give us a home that feels unique to us, making our home both beautiful and livable. I was amazed by her ability to understand what we want and need from our home, her awareness of space, and her attention to detail. Natalie was hired to redo our Living Room. We gave her our initial concepts, snapshots of what we thought was inspiring and a clear view of what we were expecting as a refurbish in terms of themes, concepts and setting. Over the next 2 months, Natalie went about creating the design, reviewed the design over multiple sittings, provided detailed cost breakdown as well as a very clear plan interlinking the work over the required time with the required skilled professionals who would be involved. The work was done as per plan, required corrective actions were taken as needed, always very strong in communication with respect to any change in approach, time, plans, personnel etc. This was a project which was done with high visibility and quality all through. Natalie is also an energetic person who works well with an assorted set of contractors to get the work done as per plan and budgets. She rolled up her sleeves when needed and as the occasion presented itself. She took complete responsibility for the project and we did not need to be micro managing anything which was a very big relief and honestly a big relief having done similar projects with mixed results in the past. We would highly recommend Natalie for any design and turnkey work to refurbish/redo houses and spaces.

I couldn't ask for more! The designing, selecting and sourcing of furnishings for my eco house was an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Living abroad we had no access to shop or time to spend trawling websites and reading magazines for inspiration. After buying our first home back in the UK we contacted Natalie Roukin to completely re-decorate our home.
