Nathan Homes handled our kitchen renovation. It was handled professionally, collaboratively, and within a very reasonable timeline. .Every contractor they sent was genuinely someone I enjoyed having in my home. In addition, every Nathan Homes team member was fantastic at their role. Highly recommend.

We bought a home built by Nathan Homes just over a year ago and just love it! The home is filled with special finishes: -area under the stairs is finished with carpeting and shelves -all drawers and cupboards are self-closing) It’s evident to us that the house was built with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Most importantly, as with new homes, when something needs attention, Nate and his respond promptly and professionally. They are willing to fix what needs to be fixed. We feel grateful to be in a Nathan Homes house!

My wife and I worked with Nate and his team to put finishing custom touches on a spec house we really liked. Nate and his team were great to work with on the custom work as they were very responsive and prompt. Now that we've been in the house for nearly a month, they are using the same level of after-sale service to work on the punch list and other little things that inevitably come up in new construction. Nathan Homes is a fantastic builder and I highly recommend their services and homes!

We are currently in the middle of the framing phase of our Nathan Homes build. My experience has been excellent, even in the face of a long stretch of difficult weather this year. I intend to update this review as the process progresses, but I know we had to trust our instincts about the difference between builders when it came to the hidden components of framing and foundation. Now that I have seen the work and materials first hand I would reassure anyone considering the same decision we made that a Nathan Homes feels different because of these aspects - they are not compromised.

Nathan Homes built our house in Ashbury Farm. From beginning to end the Nathan Home team was very professional and accommodating. Nate is a hands on builder and made sure things were done correctly. Sallie provided design concepts and made sure our selections were integrated. The project stayed close to the original budget with most increases coming from our requested changes. The build schedule was long but in line with other projects in this neighborhood. Areas of improvement would be more detailed build specifications and maintaining project site cleanliness.

We had a great experience building with Nathan Homes. Nate, Sallie, Taylor and Phil went out of their way to answer questions and help us make decisions along the way. The quality and end result of our home has exceeded our expectations.

The construction appeared to be OK but when a problem arose Nathan would not stand behind his product sighting "out of warranty" or homeowner responsibility. I had other problems such as windows and doors leaking but the supplier stood behind his product. Nathan installed the tile work himself and the floor tile has several areas where there is a trip hazard. getting information regarding stain color so I could touch up the shoddy workmanship is impossible If not supervised on continuing basis he made poor decisions that he would not correct.

Nathan Homes builds a wonderful home where the buyers needs are always held paramount. Seems like as a buyer you never hear "No"! "We can't do that"! His contractors are dependable and even fun to work with. When the process is finished the company has exceeded your expectations. I have lived in my new home almost a year and so far the follow up has been exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a "Casual Elegant" home.

When you plan to build, go with Nathan Homes! He builds an amazing home, because of his talent, professionalism, knowledge of building, and the end result, you will be so happy! My home is just what I wanted! The attention to detail and always listening to your wants and needs for your new home and your ideas, and to make you feel so comfortable, while going through the whole process of building. The end result, he just wants to give you a fabulous product, your home. And, mostly important, he will stand behind his product! I can always pick out a Nathan Home, they just stand out, the architecture is just beautiful! Thank you Nate for building my beautiful home! I love it!

Nathan Homes provides an excellent product at a very competitive rate in the home building industry. The key points to highlight: - Very fair price with good allowances enabling good selection of finishing products without going over the bid. In other words, no surprises or sticker shock. - Nate and his team are very accessible and are willing to make changes without a huge change order cost. - The timeliness of the building process was exactly as projected so there was no waiting for our move in date. - Professional Team Members help assist with the selection of products and coordinate installation to ensure customer satisfaction. - All of the subcontractors are equally helpful and willing to make adjustments on the fly without incurring a large change fee. Probably the best compliment I can give, if I had to build another house I would definitely use Nathan Homes again, no doubt.

A few years ago we decided that we were going to need to build a custom home to better accommodate our family and special needs child. We had specific wants in terms of a floor plan and specific needs in terms access and functionality of the home. After meeting with several builders we selected Nathan Homes to build our home. Nate and his entire team provided great input on elevation, floor plan, materials and design of our home. I am what you would call hands on and a part time perfectionists. I was very pleased with how responsive everyone at Nathan Homes was with questions that came up during the construction process. Whether by phone or email we always got a prompt response. We absolutely enjoyed working with everyone and enjoyed the construction process. We felt Nathan Homes did an excellent job scheduling the build...there was always activity at the house and the trades were scheduled such that they didn't have work around one another. Despite having a very wet spring/summer Nathan Homes was able to complete construction and close on the house as originally stated. We absolutely love our home and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Nathan Homes...they helped make our dream a reality. Paul & Kerri Hussey
