Kitchen/Dinning Room/Bathroom Renovation - ahead of schedule and under budget. Working with Natelli Homes was a breeze. We are first-time homeowners, and after hearing a number of renovation horror stories, we were thrilled to work with Natelli. Tom Hazzard guided us from design through the construction phase. He was able to make our kitchen much more functional by relocating a door, removing bulkheads, and revamping the layout within the existing footprint. He also succeeded in transforming our house from a 1.5 to 2-full-bath home by adding a shower and improving the design of our existing incredibly small powder room. Tom's management was excellent, and he truly helped us manage our vision and budget. The entire Natelli team was on-time, courteous, and professional. We just wish our budget would allow for a total home renovation by Natelli Homes!

We knew a we could only afford a fixer-upper with our budget. Natelli Homes helped us through the entire process from identifying potential homes to designing and renovating the house we bought. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always available to answer our many questions. We also had several compliments from our neighbors regarding the care the crews took driving through the neighborhood (lots of kids to watch out for) and how clean the worksite was kept.

We worked with Natelli Homes to tear down our existing small house and replace it with a new custom house. We used plans suggested by Tom Hazzard of Natelli that would fit our fairly small lot, and then we modified the plans to have the features we wanted. Natelli didn’t rush us, and they were willing to work with us to get a set of plans that we were happy with. Once the plans were ready, we discussed the work schedule and the construction contract with Bob Johnson of Natelli. Once the contract was done, there were no surprises in the cost of the work, and the house was completed on the expected schedule. The people who worked on the house – both Natelli employees and subcontractors – seemed very knowledgeable and competent. We had a regular dialogue with the project managers, Greg Pittenger and Pete DellaPietra, and met with them regularly during construction. There were a lot of decisions to make during construction about things we hadn’t thought about before, but the Natelli personnel helped us to think these through. The Natelli personnel made it a priority to make sure we were satisfied with the way things were going. When occasionally things needed to be changed, Natelli was ready to work with us to make changes to accommodate our requests. Even after we moved in, Natelli was willing to keep working on little details we asked them to take care of. Much of this work was done by the carpenter, Luis Rosales, who knows how to do an amazing number of different things. We are very happy with the house after living in it for two years. We think Natelli did a very good job, and they were easy to work with.

Five years ago we moved into a home built in the 1960's. We needed a complete kitchen renovation; movement of a door; and work in the living room. Tom Hazzard and Natelli did an outstanding job -- such that we picked them two years ago to design and build out the back of our home, adding a large breakfast room; great room; screened in porch; and a new bedroom and bathroom in the lower level. They also added new siding and performed some other interior work. The design by Tom Hazzard and the work by Natelli was first rate. The addition has made our home much more livable and attractive. Very much appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

Natelli Homes completed our addition of a master suite, bathroom remodel, and garage extension. They are very professional, easy to work with, and completely focussed on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone considering home remodeling.

Natelli Homes did the complete renovation of our master bathroom and transformed an old 1960s era cramped space into an oasis. The pictures speak for themselves. The attention to detail coupled with outstanding craftsmanship resulted in a really wonderful space that functions as well as it looks. To top it off, these guys were just a pleasure to work with and that really matter when working on such a major project. Next up is the kitchen/family room remodel!

We bought a newly-constructed Natelli home shortly before it was completed. We were very impressed with Natelli Homes - particularly their attention to detail, high-quality finishes, and excellent staff and contractors. We were able to select some of the final touches, but to be honest, we would have totally trusted their choices and decisions. They have a reputation for high-quality homes in this area, and we can attest to that. We are very happy with our new home and with the service we have received (both before and after the home was finished) from everyone at Natelli Homes.

We researched and interview several home builders when we decided to tear down our old home and build a new one. We selected Natelli Homes over the others because we felt we could get the best value for dollar with Natelli and the professionalism and expertise of Tom Hazzard, our main contact with Natelli. Tom's portfolio of homes also fit well with our tastes, budget and land space. We were exceptionally pleased with the results. The house, including design modifications, was built on budget and completed ahead of schedule. We have had no problems with the house since it was completed three years ago. However, we have also had the peace of mind that Natelli was available to help recommend professionals with small changes we have made (painting/installation of crown molding and chair rails) and stands behind the overall house. The Natelli team, including Greg Pittenger, who led the actual construction of the house, and the various subcontractors was great - friendly, attentive to detail, provided valuable suggestions on how to improve small design elements at little or no extra cost, and took pride in their work. Bottom line: We love our house and the experience working with Natelli was great!
