John and his fantastic team created a garden area as you approach an outside stair way to our elevated deck. Absolutely beautiful. This is the 3rd landscaping project Naturescapes has done for us and we are very pleased. John and his team are artists with landscaping plants in our environment which most other landscapers would not be interested in as it is a challenge being in the woods. After many years of unsuccessfully trying to make my front shrubs look decent, I realized I needed to invest in a professional. I called Naturescapes and boy, did they deliver! When John Fridy came to meet in person and take a look at my front beds, I explained that I envisioned a pollinator destination that would grow into a lush garden in the years to come. John understood exactly what I was looking for, made an individualized plan, and returned - in person - with pictures of the plants he envisioned throughout my front walk. These included plants that would provide unique interest in the design process, were deer resistant, and would ensure something was in bloom throughout the spring and summer seasons. A few weeks later, he and his team of polite, careful, and professional individuals removed the existing shrubs and placed new shrubs and perennials, using healthy soils and mulch to ensure our new plants would thrive. The butterflies and birds are now all over my front yard! John is going to return in late fall to plant bulbs and is also coming back in the spring to make sure everything is growing beautifully and incorporate annuals. I could not be happier that I reached out to John and the Naturescapes team when I did. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. Call John and the Naturescapes team! You will be so glad you did.

Wow! That's the best word to describe how my property has been transformed by the Naturescapes crew! Ancient "hedge" of boxwood and multiflora rose with rotting picket fence is now a gorgeous native plant meadow. John was great to work with from start to finish. And kudos to Kevin and the crew who did the work! Nice to see people working hard and with a passion for what they do.

John and his team did an amazing job on our property, which was not an easy one to work on being sloped and with a creek. We are so happy with how everything has turned out that we are already planning to add to the project in the Spring! We especially love that most of the plantings are native and low maintenance!!!

John listened to what we wanted, and then his professional team transformed our backyard. It was overgrown and haphazard, and in less than three days it turned into our sanctuary. I also liked that the team worked so well together and shared a supportive comradery. John hires the right people and nurtures them as well as the gardens he creates. It also shows in the equipment; trucks and bobcats are well maintained.

Fantastic work--professionally done from start to finish, friendly crew and absolutely beautiful--the immediate neighbors and even people driving and walking through the neighborhood are consistently stopping to say how beautiful the plants and landscaping look and how much they appreciate it (I am on a street that leads to a walking trail). And even better, the birds, bees, butterflies (and other pollinators) seem to be having a GREAT time--even the deer are keeping their appetites in check (with a little assistance from Deer Scram) because John selected plants less appealing to the deer. Naturescapes handled the size and shape of my property with attention to detail, brought the color choices of flowers I requested (and suggested some complimentary flowers, plants and trees too--it smells great when everything is blooming), and did an all around great job. It's filling in beautifully. HIGHLY recommend Naturescapes!

John and Naturescapes did an awesome job at our home. He reworked existing spaces that were at our home when we purchased it and had been neglected for sometime. He also created new spaces for us. He placed native plants that would require minimal care, yet make our yard and home a place for our family to enjoy spending quality time together.

John and the crew did an amazing job with my space. The previous owners' landscaping was boring, one-dimensional and simply a mess, and although I had no idea what I wanted, John took the time to ask a lot of questions, show lots of pictures, and put in place the perfect no-hassle, beautiful trees and plants that now make my home look special all the way from the street. Lighting too! I couldn't have asked for more!
