My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mãkena Interiors, Inc. was created by Neil Douglas Curry, who started his Design and Management career over 28 years ago in Seattle, WA. Along with a partner, Austrian native Thomas Eitzinger, the former Senior Design Director of the New York & Milan based fashion labels of Helmut Lang and Prada; the duo continues to lead in the luxury residential design industry, working with discerning clientele worldwide. House we bought was staged and represented by him. Tells you everything is brand new but obviously items are second hand. Inflated prices for used goods. Does not stand behind defective product that he sells. Once the sale is made he does not return phone messages or emails and pretends your emails have gone into junk mail. Very unethical realtor as well and does not follow through with issues on the property. Stay away from this business.

HHPP was exception in renovating, designing and furnishing our 1958 Alexander Construction Co., Mid Century Modern home in Palm Springs, CA. Neil has excellent design skills along with a very professional and thorough build staff! I appreciated his timeliness when responding to questions or keeping the project on schedule. I highly recommend HHPS and will be using them again should I purchase another property that needs renovation.

I recently put my home in La Quinta on the Market and my realtor suggested to have the house professionally staged. After a long research, I have chosen House & Homes Palm Springs (which seams to be the best in the Coachella Valley). I scheduled an appointment for the Stagers to give me an estimate - the House & Homes Team promptly responded and provided me with a free estimate. I was very happy with their professionalism and had my home staged with House & Homes Palm Springs. They did a fantastic job staging my home. I listed my house and I received the first offer on the first open house. I can only recommend House & Homes Palm Springs to any homeowner who wants to sell their house quickly.
