Established in 2011, Nessing Design is an interdisciplinary luxury interior design and decor consulting firm with offices in New York City and Southampton, N.Y. Founded on the belief that quality design has the power not only to transform spaces, but to enhance lives, we take a personal, hands-on approach to working with clients locally and nationwide to create beautiful, functional places in which to live, work, and play. Ryan Nessing and his associate decorated our entire row house house, built in 1803. They were able to give us a fresh, sophisticated, new look while at the same time maintaining the historic aspects of the house. Easy, pleasant and fun to work with, Ryan has one of the best eyes we've ever encountered. Recommend wholeheartedly without reservation.

Ryan Nessing possesses an incredible eye for detail and creates wonderful character with his design. He is very professional with a great twist of humor to assume you your in good hands. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

If I could give Nessing Design 100 stars, I would. Ryan has an eye that very few others have, and will come up with wonderful pieces and concepts that the ordinary civilian has no idea exist. Unlike many, he makes his vision come to fruition at a comfortable price and in record time. After I moved to my fifth NYC apartment, Ryan quickly came up with a wonderful color scheme, ordered exactly what was necessary (new closet shelving systems, heat resistant shades, special lighting fixtures, a highly original coffee table that I would never have found on my own, freestanding bookshelves that look as though they were built for the space, and on and on, all at at a highly reasonable cost, delivered and installed FAST, expertly and on budget. The result is that I am living in a super-comfortable and attractive space that is always a pleasure for me to enter, as it is for my family and friends. Roy Kean

Working with Ryan is always a pleasure. His love for interior design and his eye for beauty are inspiring. Stylish, cozy, fun, comfortable, timeless, unique , that is the feel he brought to my life. I love it. He knew how to work within a limited budget and space. He is also a wonderful person- creating a home is a journey and I think having Ryan as the driver made it easy and extremly exciting!

As a painting contractor we come across Nessing Design on several occasions. Great sense of style, professionalism with great responsibility toward the client are constants every time around. Not only that, Ryan has the talent to take the pressure away, making environment stress free and friendly. We sincerely thank him for every single project that we worked on.

I was employed by the company for a few jobs already it has always been a pleasure to work with them they are very easy to work with understanding of reasonable complications that happened on any proyect most important or at least my impression of them is that they would always look out for the satisfaction of the clients interest

I was brought on as a photographer to shoot a beautiful property Ryan had recently completed. The scale of this project was impressive to say the least and as a photographer specializing in interiors, I see designs that run the gamut of quality, taste and execution. This project was impeccable in all aspects and was a pleasure to photograph. We shot top to bottom and assembled a fantastic range of images that the clients were thrilled with. Ryan's kind demeanor and professionalism makes him a pleasure to work with I look forward to the next time we come together to photograph another one of his enviable jobs.
