My family made the very wise and fortunate decision to engage Bob Shedlock and his company, New Dimensions Deck Contractors, to complete a screened-in deck for the back of our home. Every aspect of the project, from Bob’s first no-charge, in-person consulting visit to the wonderful comments we continue to hear since completion, went perfectly well. Bob first visited our home, patiently listened to our interests, and provided professional advice. He subsequently provided a very detailed, accurate, and reasonable quote. We presented Bob with a limited time frame goal, which he over-delivered. During the construction process, a neighbor commented on how organized and clean our property continued to look each day. Bob’s staff was always most professional and courteous. I think this is a testament to the atmosphere and direction Bob orchestrates for his employees. Lastly, I am someone who does not understand much about construction practices. Bob and his team replaced our old wooden deck with a new PVC deck and screened in porch this summer. Having done a lot of home reno projects, New Dimensions was one of the best companies I’ve worked with. Bob was extremely responsive, respectful, helpful in project design/providing different options and education, and clear about the process and timing. He was on site a lot rather than just periodically checking in. His team was incredibly efficient, hardworking and respectful, and the project finished more quickly than I expected. 10/10 recommend/would hire again.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bob for your deck/patio projects. I am a REPEAT customer - I first entrusted Bob with our deck and patio renovation project - replaced wood deck with larger composite deck and louvered roof with fan and spotlights, replaced natural stone patio with Cambridge pavers and fire pit, and replaced paver walkway with Cambridge pavers to match the new patio. 100% SATISFIED with the outcome and the process from start to finish - I was comfortable hiring him immediately after the first project ended to replace the front paver walkway to match the stonework he laid in the back as well as replace our 2 front door landings and to add a portico with pendant light over our main front door. One year later, I hired him again to build a retaining wall and install matching Cambridge pavers around our pool. Let me tell you, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Bob Shedlock and his team replaced our existing wood deck with a synthetic product, and we have been thrilled with it. They actually started the project a few days early, and finished it in a timely manner- and at all times were neat, courteous, and professional. Most importantly- the workmanship is beautiful, and the deck exactly as Bob and we discussed regarding colors and style. Bob is very easy to work with, listening to our concerns and input, but also offering opinions when asked! We had several contractors give estimates; Bob's was right in the middle. Bob Shedlock of New Demensions Deck Contrractors did an excellent job on my deck. He was very responsive and communicated by email and text. A detailed estimate and payment schedule was given and followed. Samples of materials and colors were given to aid in decisions. Once work had begun, it continued to completion in two weeks. Daily cleanup was efficient and neat. His excellent quality and craftsmanship get my highest recommendation.

We received an estimate from Bob for tearing down our existing wood deck (that was in poor shape) and rebuilding a new deck. We decided to go with New Dimension Decks after finding Bob to be very communicative and open to collaboration on design choices.
